I came to my new condo in Seminole, Fl and had no air conditioning. My condensing unit had seized up completely. I called several air conditioning contractors in the area, one of them was Ervin Air Inc. who a friend had recommended. They told me they could come over at 4:00 pm and take a look. By the way the real feel temperature was 104 that day. Harold ended up calling me earlier and asked if he could come over at 11:00 am. Of course I agreed. We talked of options and he gave me a quote. I told him that I had other contractors coming over and he just asked me to let him know either way. Many contractors came and quoted and gave me possible time frames that they could come to do the job. Most were three to four days out with varying prices. I then called Irvin again and asked when they could come over. Harold knew that I was working in the condo and the heat was extreme and told me he could be over later the next day. I hired Irvin. The service team was punctual, professional, polite and completed the job in less than 5 hours. I purchased a new air handler and condensing unit. I am extremely pleased in their service and knowledge. Also their price was quite reasonable. Ps I'm not sure about the JB and lhomme anonyme reviews but no matter how good you are there will always be people who nobody can please or maybe these reviews came from other contractors because they lost business to Irvin Air Inc. Use Irvin Air they are good! I am also not a paid reviewer but a true customer.

Issue with condensation, vents dripping etc. Harold's evaluation of problem solved. Great over-all satisfaction with professional, friendly service.

Don't waste your time! I called to ask for someone to come give us an estimate for a repair and got barked at by the guy that answered the phone. He essentially said they don't give estimates because it's bad business and no one would. Then flippantly said good luck when I said ok, thank you. Chasing off customers seems like a terrible way to run a business!!

They were on time...knew their stuff...and most of all HONEST...I have 4 unit and they will be taking care of all of them.....thank you Harold...
