Scheduling was a complete breeze and they even came earlier than expected. The tech was quick, efficient and very professional!

I scheduled appointments for cleaning of not only my 2 condos but also one for my neighbors and friends.
After arriving over an hour late, the one guy came in, opened up my
Unit and said it would cost over $500 for cleaning. I was quoted $199- which the guy I made the appointments with assured me was the sale price.

So as he started telling me about my unit, I asked him to wait a minute because my husband was otw down for our upstairs unit because he deals with contractors. I went into the kitchen to grab something.

I came back to where he was and HE JUST LEFT. No talking, no waiting for mommy husband, nothing. He left and just went down to my neighbors.I called him and asked where he went. He literally laughed at me.

You lost not only 2 cleaning units but also my business forever. I have a big mouth and I live in a building with a lot of condos. You have lost not just my business but also any further business from any of my friends or acquaintances. The only reason you got the Oakley’s contact is because they scheduled it the same time as me.

You need to hire better employees. You also need to stop doing the whole bait and switch thing with your pricing. Neither makes your company look good.

The work was completed to high standards with significant improvements to system. With care and diligence, the installation was done. All of the work was completed with friendly, honest, and hardworking individuals, from the quote to completion. It was much appreciated.

The tech was very helpful in answering questions I had regarding my dryer vent. He was able to get us scheduled today. He removed the vent, and we're done within 30 min. Quick service. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I am thrilled I found this company. Orian and Ben were so personable and did the job both efficiently and professionally. I had a couple vents not easy to get to, and they happily were able to service them. I can tell a much improved air flow using my AC.
