I went to their location because I was told they sell AC parts to the public as well as provide AC service to homes. I took in a capacitor from a portable AC unit and asked if they sold the size I needed. They had the size but said they couldn't test my old one to see if it was bad. Really? you sell them and you service them in ac units but you don't have a multi-meter in house to test them?? And the one you offered to sell me was $59 when Amazon sells them for $15? And the owner had an attitude and said that they had technicians that would come out to my house and check the capacitor for $69? Not a good way to leave the public with warm fuzzy feelings about you or your business. Choose someone else for your AC service needs.

Last night my air conditioner stopped working. I was skeptic by calling Aircare today on a Saturday but i did anyway and by god means they answered and i got my air conditioner fixed fast! Larry the owner explained everything in detail of what was happening and now i have AC and very happy! Thank You AIR CARE!!!

After years of patching my old AC to help me extend its life, I was able to have AIRCARE install a new unit. I can’t thank Larry Harkins and his crew for the years of repairing the old unit and now the new one. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet. You can not go wrong trusting AIRCARE

Air Care rip off. I'm President of the HOA where i live in Clearwater. I have been using AIR CAREfor 20 years. I had a problem with my Air. They sent someone over and tried to fix it. $377.00 and on hour later it was hot. The next day they came over.. The tech went downstairs and did something and it was ice cold. They told me it wouldn't last. My mom Is in Hospice and I am totaly stressed out. So they pressured me into buying a new unit. 4 hours later I called and said no.
The Owner called me told me that was fine TO CANCEL BUT you owe me $1000.00 and it would be a better deal FOR ME just to replace it.
The air went hot just like they said. I called a reputable company. They said the fan and compressor burned out due to wrong capacitor.
THE SECOND COMPANY NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYONE WORKING ON OUR UNIT A WEEK EARLIER.. THEY SAID THE CAPACITOR THAT WAS PUT IN DESTROYED OUR UNIT.. NOT GOOD..
Air Care put in a week earlier.. As per factory specs.
They want to sue us because we wont pay them a $1000.00 for changing
our minds..
i'M SO SICK BECAUSE i HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS.
i'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND BEWARE.
MOST BUSINESS WOULD SAY ITS OK. LET ME KNOW IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. THEY TOLD ME THIS IS NOT WALMART.. YOU CANT CHANGE YOUR MIND.. NO INSTALLATION OR WORK WAS EVER DONE.

This company was horrible on the phone after I asked for a refund when the 3 technicians they sent out didn’t fix the real problem of a clogged drain and broken pipe. They only re-wired the thermostat. I am disgusted to know illegitimate companies like this one exist who don’t know what customer service is.

Had a technical question to avoid a unnecessary service call...Took a picture of the circuit board and Tammy had quickly determine that the board was bad...She ordered me a replacement.
I was able to get the remacment part quicky...back up and running.
When I need a service call I know what company to call from now on.

The nicest, and most helpful people, honestly!! They just installed a new system for us, and they took the time to make sure everything was perfect!! We are just so thankful, and incredibly happy that we got to experience such amazing service, and genuinely kind people!!

Purchased an AC unit from them 8 years ago. It has done nothing but give me problems every year since. Have always maintained it properly. On average have spent $500.00 per year in parts that go bad. Or Sometimes more. Again I'm sitting in a hot house waiting for the blower motor to be replaced for the second time.

I called these guys to help me out with an AC emergency recently..... Not only did they show me my problem. They explained stuff and answered my questions gratefully!! Most importantly to me, he explained how to prevent similar problems down the road years to come. He had everything on site to take care of my ac unit. I will definitely be a return customer! Very friendly and knowledgeable! A++
