Excellent service from this company, We had Airconditioner failure in 96 degrees and needed new system. They were here in one day to do the work , and Shelly was great with following up on our satisfaction with the team.. great company!!

The AC tech that was sent out, Brian Turner, was very professional. He made us feel confident about using this company and that everything would be handled and done properly. We are very excited about getting our new AC unit. Brian was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had.

Our AC was blowing hot air. I called ACS at around 7:30am and had a tech here within 3hrs!! Our tech, Scott, was knowledgeable, kind, informative, quick, efficient, and professional. When he left I knew exactly what he had done for me and I ended up buying a membership to their company. I just know they will take care of my system year round and make sure my system is well maintained. This is a company I feel I can trust. Hopefully I will be able to write an update in the future to let u know how the company is long-term. As of right now, I am a happy customer with a freezing cold AC system. 😀

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing ACS Home Services for the repair of my air conditioner on the 4th of July, and I cannot express my satisfaction enough. From start to finish Scott, displayed an unparalleled level of knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness that truly set them apart from the rest. Trustworthy, straightforward, and honest I highly recommend them.

Travis did a very very good job. Seemed to be extremely interested in solving the problem. Knew his business well. Explained to me about the leak he found in the refrigerator’s ice making apparatus. Way knowledgeable. Happy, informative guy, explained to me that leak was inside the refrigerator and that he would not be able to
fix it. I’d guess he is a serious asset to your
Company. Only negative is, there was going to be a $69 service fee. Well worth it. But then we he called in, and I thought there was a mistake being made. He said that the company was wanting him to charge me $370.00. Said he really don’t have anything to do with it but if I called the office they would probably refund me $ back. He got here at 8:30 and left at 9:30. 1

No new parts at all. But did
go what I considered all the way looking for the leak. His persistence is one of Travis’ strong suit. So after talking to the office Larry told me that they would make out a report about that and you would get back with me by Friday. I asked Larry about labor charges. He said he really doesn’t have anything to do with that but that generally it’s $69 for a service call. Then if repair is made the $69 comes off the invoice. He wasn’t sure why I got charged $370.

We found water in one of our ceiling light fixtures. Alex was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He needed to cut back drywall, as our attic has no crawl space, and was mindful to only cut back just enough to discern if there was a current leak. Also, to ensure we were safe to turn our breakers back on to that part of the house.

We thought we had a drainage problem, went online filled out information and thought they would be in touch with us the following day, but we received a call an hour later around 7pm and set us up with appointment for the next day.
Travis arrived was very professional and explained everything step by step. Was very impressed, gave us a couple of different options. Made us feel very comfortable and the quality of work was outstanding!!!!

Brian was great! We ended up having to replace our entire unit and instead of feeling upset about it, we feel confident and excited for our new unit. ACS is a great company, very reliable, and we look forward to having them be our go to HVAC company.
