Christian is very professional, he is trying to help me with the current situation. The fan in the condenser is making loud popping sounds as it is hitting the door when it turns on and off. He said we are in a wait and see situation with the manufacturer. He is trying to determine if the wrong size fan blade is in the unit. This is my first experience with ACS and I am hoping this all will be worked out. The new unit was installed on Thursday the 19th, it did not properly work due to the high voltage was incorrectly installed. I was unable to use the air until Saturday. There was no offer from the company to put me in a hotel as listed on the contract that if I went for 24 hours without air. I would have declined but the offer but it was not made. I am hoping for communication from the office manager Chelsea on the procedure to get this unit repaired or replaced. Just as they expect payment I expect a unit that does not have issues. I also was told the office would work with me and my warranty company to get some sort of buyback to cover cost. That also has not happened. I want to like this company because I really liked the technicians, Josh, Christian, and Hector. November 2022- the unit is less then 6 months old and keeps freezing up therefore not cooling our small 700 sq foot condo. There has been so many issues since day 1. Now ACS wants to charge us a service fee to come and work on a product they sold us and installed. I told Chelsie the office manager I wanted to speak directly to the owner of the company and I want copies of the service calls since day 1 when this nightmare started. We are retired, on a fixed income and they want to charge us. The web page says satisfaction guaranteed and they roll out the red carpet to keep their customers happy, not feeling it at this moment. I am ready to put in a complaint with the BBB if this is not fixed soon. Today January 4th, Christian (which is very knowledgeable and professional) returned to hook up the heat from the original installation and a plate by the light area that was not installed. There has been so many issues but am hoping all is resolved. We had to pay a $49 fee to have ACS return to install parts that weren’t installed previous times.

Alex came to give us an estimate on duct and vent cleaning and found a whole mess of trouble so now we are replacing our HVAC system. Alex was very kind, courteous, and respectful. He explained everything in layman's terms and got my father in law the best deal for his money!! We highly recommend this company for your AC work maintenance cleaning everything!
