Just got my new unit installed, Shawn was the salesman he was very knowledgeable and gave me what I believe is a great deal.

As always buyers should always beware and make sure you get what is promised, when checking on the work progress I seen they did not remove my old duck work so I called the owner, he assured me if the tech said it was not needed it was fine and gave me 5 years warranty on my current duck work or it would be replace free (Yes I got that in writing).

Felix and Andrew were my Techs and I appreciate the work they did.
