I needed to purge my A/C water tray, so I called Marc from Ability instead another who had a second visit for free, he came fixed it and gave me an amazing service, then he ask for the invoice from before and I notice my mistake! He was so kind and understanding, told me not to worry at all and charge me a fraction of the regular price, it so nice to find good people around! Honest and profesional, kind and happy! I couldn’t expect more, I highly recommend this company and I learn that cheap estimate could cost more!

This is the most reputable company. One company I called said I need a whole new system. John fixed the leak and added freon. I’ve needed service and even had my a/c repair over a weekend. (I own a duplex and my daughter lives next door to me, thus 2 units) This company is real! On time when they say they’ll be there, If parts needed, on their truck and very honest prices.

The professionalism, impeccable work ethic, oustanding customer service, genuine concern for my best interest , as a customer, is above and beyond words. I had a most difficult job, yet John and Jacob were determined to see that my issue get resolved, brought in the neccessary eqipment , and ensured me that I would have optimal performance from my A/C. From start to finish, I had peace of mind !! A wonderful experience !!!

I have a 20 year old American Standard in which the heat went bad. BEFORE calling John, I had about 6 companies come out. The first 2 were attempts to fix it. One company the technician said he didn't want the job, wasn't even going to attempt, it's too old and the parts are no longer made. Then I had quotes on a replacement and caught several pushing for very cheap systems that would maximize their own profit or not fully honest. I decided to get one last quote but this time to search google for a company with the best reviews close by. I was surprised to find a solid 5 stars with 28 reviews for Ability Air. When John came by, he said that likely the part was still available and he could fix it. He was very honest and very fair and reasonable with his prices. He said even though my system is very old, it seemed in great condition and gave me the option of fixing it or a very reasonable quote on a good quality replacement. I opted for the repair and he did an excellent job! When the time comes when I do need to replace it, or for any other AC needs I'll definitely be using him from now on!

UPDATE: 9/7/18 - At 3:00pm this Friday my AC stopped working. I called John hoping towards close of business Friday I could get this fixed, John came right out and had it working very quickly. Anytime I need AC service, or when mine finally needs replacement, I'll definitely use him!

Ability Air are the best AC company I have delt with in my 45 years of owning homes. John the owner and his son are two of the hardest workers I have met . Had whole house AC replaced in less than a day. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our home. If you want the best and reasonably priced AC guys please give them a call you won't be disappointed.

John and his team are awesome! He has come out three times now to fix and maintain our AC units. Always A++ service. Always on time. Quick service. Honest. Don't even bother looking for another AC technician. This is your guy!

This is my second experience with Ability Air and Heat. The first time John repaired an A/C in my rental property that we had been told needed to be replaced. It has been running fine ever since. This time I had him do an inspection on my A/C and sign me up for their maintenance program. He is very efficient, friendly and on time! - Not to mention reasonably priced. I gladly trust him for any future work.
