Air Flow Designs Heating and Air Conditioning

Had a horrible AC water leak and called Air Flow. They came out same day and the poor tech Richard stayed till the job was done. One of the worst clogs he had ever seen. Took him over 2 hours but got it! Amazing work and now has a new customer for life! Thank you Richard!

Richard R. was an outstanding Tech! I had an issue with my A/C not cooling and then the fan outside not cutting on. Rich was there promptly and got right to work. I actually stood there with him as he worked and he was cool with it. He explained everything he was doing and I learned alot! Before long I was back in a cool house again. Absolutely worse experience had 3 separate technicians come within the last couple of days. After suffering with no ac for 5 days finally fixed but not after supposedly finding another problem that was overlooked by other techs. Good riddance will never use air flow again

This company is very professional and wants to be sure they do what it takes to make you happy. I was impressed with their efforts having to visit my home 3 times to resolve my issues. Adjustments were made each visit until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
