We have been longtime customers of Airflow for many years buying AC units and always keep a AC protection plan with them. Well, for the first time this year I called them as our AC went out on a Saturday morning. It quickly got very hot in the home and we called for an emergency service.
They told us that no one will be available and to call the office on Monday morning. Living in Florida, you know what that means.
We scrambled to find someone else to fix the issue and had a great experience. Our AC was actually fixed within 2 hours.
This morning a representative from Airflow called us back.
I told her about our experience and she actually said to me:
Well, your service agreement actually expires at the end of October anyway! What? I could not believe she said that. Also, she notified me since we used a different company to fix our AC in an emergency our service agreement is now void. I looked on our contract, we are apparently "preferred customers" with them.
If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Very disappointed in this company. We spent a lot of money with them over the years, my husband who is in Real Estate referred them countless times. No more. Stay away from them!

I've been using Air Flow for more than twenty years. I would highly recommend their service contract. It has certainly paid for itself over the years. Two years ago they installed new units and they were great to work with. Service people are always respectful and qualified.

We had Airflow replace our system about 4 years ago, had the compressor fail not long ago. Called out a technician to take a look, diagnosed the compressor then presented us with $12-25k replacement cost options, I asked him if the system was under warranty as it had been installed a couple of years ago, he said it wasn't. Called the office to verify that there was no warranty coverage available which the person also denied but tried to sell me a service plan so the labor would be covered on my replacement.
I decided to call another company who when hearing the unit was only a couple of years old went to the manufacturer's website and verified it was still under factory coverage.

Needless to say I would think that the company who installed my system would know the details of factory coverage of products they use. This leads me to assume they were being purposely dishonest in order to get as much money out of me as possible.

I will never use this company again, and I will do anything I can to get everyone I know to also never call this company.

Air Flow installed two new HVAC units in a new construction home in August 2019. Since then we'd had to call for service 5 times with issues of Freon leaks, wiring, bad thermostats (on our 3rd presently), etc. I'm not confident that issues have been fully resolved and our warranty is coming up to expire. Currently, we are on day 3 of repairs and they can't even make it to the appointment window on time. When calling for an ETA they are unwilling to call the technician to get an estimated time of arrival. It's unprofessional and unhelpful considering we've had to make arrangements for 3 days of coverage at work and loss of time for someone to be home for repairs. I think it's only fair to expect better service, prompt, and final resolution on a product that is brand new and should not be having so many issues in the first place.

I've used Air Flow Designs to install a new system at my house in 2009 as well as the annual service. The AC has worked great since then. Technicians have all been on time and professional. At the last visit, the tech uncovered a drain line issue which required him to do some digging and re-attach the line. He did it all with no complaints. I am grateful for his thoroughness since I am now renting the house and don't need any latent issues popping up.

Air Flow Designs installed a new A/C system for us and we are completely satisfied. The installers were very respectful of our property and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. We know we made the right decision to use Air Flow. We would recommend them to anyone who wants first quality workmanship at a fair price.

After 6-7 visits and almost $1,000 in repairs, the tech shows up...3 hours late...after leaving the AC completely taken apart with no airflow in the home, spends 30 seconds in the home and says we need a brand new system...at $6,000! This is a 850 square feet duplex, by the way. Easily one of the most unethical companies I've ever worked with. CROOKS!

Technician was named Guy. He listened to what the issue was and made a fast diagnosis of the problem. Offered quick solutions to replacing the part that broken.

Good:
-Quick to the point phone calls for setting up the appointment. *Dependent on the time of day.
-Fast repair and diagnosis.
-Fair price for work rendered.

Bad?:
I know everyone is busy ,but it is nice to receive confirmation calls for being on time or late to an appointment. Weather those be fulfilled by the technician or by customer service rep. from the company.

Our first experience with Air Flow Designs was exceptional. The technician, Edwin, called a half hour before arriving and was on time. He tuned up our main AC unit, our mini-split unit in the garage and cleaned our dryer vents. Very thorough. Highly recommend!!

I just want to thank the team at Air Flow Designs for resolving my drain line problem from the A/C. Senior Technician, Guy, was able to fix the separated drain line that ran through my closet. Dale, at Air Flow Designs, made this possible, by contacting Guy. No water damage! Thank you, again.
