Caleb, the owner is always quick to respond. He doesn’t try to “sell” you on something you don’t need. They are always timely, respectful and informative. There is no “selling tactics” at all. I’ve used non-stop air for a couple of years and have always been impressed with their work.

Once again, excellent service from both Caleb and Avery. They are swift, prompt, caring, reasonably priced, friendly and thorough. A couple of transformers had blown in our area. This had caused a surge which fried our fan motor. I left a message and Caleb was quick to respond. Avery came out and assessed the damage. Caleb found a fan motor that would work since the manufacturer of the air conditioner did not have one in stock…a 10 day wait! He was able to replace it and now all is fine. Thank you so much!
