Non-Stop Air Conditioning & Heating

I feel that the technician did a good job however I think he could have provided information on what he was doing without my having to question him. He did answer all of my questions, but I think he could have explained the things he was checking. I would also recommend either taking the shoes off or putting on booties when entering my home.
Overall good experience.

I called Caleb on a neighbor's reference. He returned the call promptly and came out the next day to review the job which was adding two AC ducts. The job was scheduled the following week and Non-Stop arrived at the time agreed. The workers were professional and did their job well. They were patient and informative with any questions. Found to be missing a length of ducting necessary to complete job - they called around none in stock so we were almost going to have to wait a week for job to finish but owner Caleb found what was needed and job finished in time allotted.

This was my first experience with Non-Stop air conditioning. I received their name from a friend who highly recommended them. I was not disappointed! Caleb and his crew were responsive, thorough, and very competent. When it turned out I was going to need a new system, they did not try to upcharge me but gave me the best deal possible and even assisted me with financing. The install on the new system went smoothly and efficiently. I have absolutely no complaints. The service and the entire experience was outstanding. Thank you Caleb!
