Mr Cool Air Conditioning

Amazing! Had a different "big name" AC company come and they charged us $800 for parts that didnt fix the issue and then tried to charge us another $1,100 for another fix. The kicker was that the tech tried to sell us a new unit because the Trane unit I had was over five years old so he claimed it was "time." I guess I had sicker written all over me after parting with the initial $800. Called Mr. Cool and they came right out to give us a second opinion. An hour later the tech was driving away after having fixed our system. No other parts or labor costs needed. I've found a company I can trust and that I highly recommend.

I called on memorial day at 10 in the morning needing service, ac stopped all the sudden. The tech that called was very nice or they would have 1 star. The reason for this review is the quoted price of over $300 and up plus parts just to look at my unit. I understand an extra charge to cover overtime pay but that is out of hand. Sounds like they like to prey on people in a tight spot. I got it fixed for a reasonable fee after calling around, there are other options. Sorry for the bad review, but change your ridiculous policies.
Update: had it fixed by another company for $85 total.

I had an emergency with no AC and going to Florida house in 2 days in Summer. I called Mr Cool and they had someone there in 24 hours fixing the problem honestly and inexpensively. They could have made up a story that I needed expensive parts but they did the right thing and had me fixed and cooler than ever.

Mr Cool is by far the best a/c company in Cape Coral! Their people are very professional and polite. The owner is very involved in the day to day operation and will take your call if needed. Their prices are fair and competitive.

I have been a customer of this company for 3Years. It is a very professional, high quality service driven group. My only regret is not having been a customer earlier. They are prompt, fair, and provide complete service. I heartily recommend them to anyone in the Lee County area.

We hired Mr Cool for an annual check up. The initial service was fine. But when we discovered a problem after the service, they were unresponsive to our request to investigate and correct it.

Mr. Cool has been maintaining my A/C unit for the last couple years. Yesterday Doug came out and was exceptional! So thorough and my 11 year old unit is still working thanks to them!
