Just had my first annual service this past month. They were great. Called ahead of time, showed up on time. Took care of everything. Clean, Nest, Courteous. All and All the service tech was excellent.

I had a new home built and the builder used Kelly Air to do the Mechanical Work and they put too small of a A/C unit in my home. The unit was 1 ton too small for the size of my home. After may complaints to Kelly Air & the City of Cape Coral the unit is still under sized. I had Mr Kool redo the Energy Calulations and they verified that Kelly Air lied to the City to get the Final Inspection. Mr Kool has offered to replace my unit with the correct size unit at a contractors rate. I have used Mr Kool in the past on my other homes and they listen to your wants and needs and goes to the ends of the earth to make sure there customers are given the correct information and there needs handled in a professional manner. I will never use any other AC professionals to touch my house even if I have to go without. I would never trust Kelly Air as they are scam artists! If you want the best and done at a reasonable rate I would suggest you allowing Mr Kool to handle your needs as well. They give you the knowledge and equipment that will stand the test of time! If you use another AC Company I would stop now before you get screwed over and in the long run costing you double! Have the true down to earth AC Professionals (Mr Kool) do your job right the 1st time!

Great communication from dispatch (Vanessa) and courteous, fast repair from, I believe his name was, David. The technician explained the source of the problem and instructed us on keeping the algae clear from the lines in air handler. Very pleased with your service!
