Mr. Cool was on our community authorized vendor list. Being new to the area I called them. I trusted the technician as the expert. He charged me $600 to replace a dryer on my outside unit. He told me that he called the ac manufacturer to check for warranty as the ac was less than 5 years old. I was told it was not. A week after he left I noticed that he had burnt a section of insulation around the copper tubing outside my unit. Then my neighbor told me he had his dryer just replaced by another company for $200! TRIPLE THE PRICE I PAID!! I called the company my neighbor used to have a wifi thermostat installed and look over my system. He told me the work I paid $600 for would have cost $200 from him. He also took the time to call the ac manufacturer and informed me that it should have been under warranty. I can only conclude that Mr Cool is a ripoff company and I informed our HOA BOD about them being on their vendor list. I certainly will spread the word in our community about them!!!

When you need service, even on a Sunday, They are available to assist. It's a great feeling when you call Mr. cool and a person picks up the phone, especially when it's not business hours. Brenden the tech was on the scene pronto to diagnose and fix the issue.

We needed a new air conditioner and chose Mr Cool for the job. They arrived when they said they would, did the work efficiently, left everything neat and clean and are reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Cool. (PS I especially love Bob Grimes!)

When I was priced 800 dollars labor to replace a compressor that was under warranty I told MR COOL to go #@%%$#@$ and hung up the phone. Then "MR COOL " realized they weren't talking to someone who doesn't know anything about AC called me back and knocked off " 500 dollars ". So 300 dollars for 1 hours labor and some Freon was the final cost. A little high, but a lot of these service Companies down here think us old retired people are stupid . We have several properties and now have a honest reliable company doing our AC service.

After receiving a recommendation from a board member from our HOA, we use them consistently to perform bi-annual maintenance on our AC unit since we purchased our condo in 2015. They always do a thorough job on the unit and are always prompt with their service schedule. We highly recommend them for all your air conditioning needs!

I've had Mr. Cool come out to service my A/C several times over the 9 years that I've owned my home. Every time it happens to be at night after hours, or over the weekend. The technicians come out shortly after I call, and the A/C is back in working order within an hour or two. Today I called because my A/C was leaking. I called and got the answering service at 4:46pm. Brad, the on-call tech called me back at 4:58. By 5:41pm, my leak was fixed. Brad also advised me on a question that I asked about my water heater. I am very impressed with this company and will continue to use them for any future repairs or maintenance needed.

About a year ago we researched HVAC companies in Cape Coral, and through a lengthy process and competitive bids from several companies, we chose Mr. Cool. Installation of our whole house HVAC units went smoothly and air flow adjustment follow ups were great.

Fast forward to 2019 and the day before Mother’s Day. With a house full of guests, including an 86 year old, the entire outside unit failed and we had no air. A service tech arrived in short order and gave us the bad news...unfixable. After I quickly installing some window unit air conditioners, I called Mr. Cool to follow up. NOW GET THIS...the staff concocted a plan to install a temporary outside unit until ours was fixed. ON MOTHER’S DAY at 8:30 am, a Mr. Cool service tech arrived, installed the temporary unit, and SAVED Mother’s Day!!

But wait!! By Tuesday, Mr. Cool was back...not with our repaired outside air unit, but with a brand new unit!!

That...is service above and beyond! Thank you Mr. Cool!!
