Mr Cool Air Conditioning

Our AC went out completely on Sunday morning when the humidity outside was 100% and we needed cool fast. Mr Cool's Brad responded within a half hour of calling and discovered a couple of problems quickly and had us back up and running within an hour. Thanks to Brad for great customer service and great technical troubleshooting. We'll certainly call them with any problems in the future.

I have use Mr. Cool multiple times. They have worked at my own home and my mother-in-law's house. Kevin Williams has always been my service AC Speaicalist. He is an outstanding young man. Dedicated to taking care of the customer and making sure everything is perfect for Mr. Cool. I highly recommend using Mr. Cool for all of your AC needs!

Woke up this morning to find out that our central HVAC was “on strike”.
We called Mr Cool on the recommendation of a trusted friend and we are very happy he pointed us in the right direction.
They sent someone the very same day and he identified and solved the issue immediately.
The technician, David, was great, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He didn’t do anything more than was needed to fix the problem and so the cost was appropriate to the circumstances.
He also gave good advice about future maintenance and as a consequence we have put a schedule in place with Mr Cool to keep our HVAC system in good shape.

Great company to deal with . Owner, Jeff Barde, is a very down to earth, sell you what you need type of guy. I've dealth with many air conditioning companies and Mr. Cool is top of the line. They are not pushy and only suggest what is best for your home. Great workmanship! Give them a try!

I can honestly say that the staff and Kevin Williams were fantastic. I called looking for help. Kevin came by and we talked about my A/C problems. He first suggested that we try one method to fix my problem..I believed in what he was saying and tried it out, needed additional help, he came by my N Ft Myers home and helped out again, they just finished installing a air purification system today , I can already tell the difference.
I have called other A/C companies and other people who specialize in bad air....Kevin and his company are the first to make me feel like I was valued, not rushed or felt Screwed.....Perhaps the first to make me feel that way in 2 years since I moved to SWFL...I would recommend them all day long..

Brandon was exceptionally thorough with the cleaning and maintenance of the unit, and very helpful in answering my questions from me about the system. Brandon was very neat and professional.
