Gene from F.C.S. came out and inspected the A.C. unit from top to bottom. He also explained what he was doing and informed me about the job he was doing. No issues to report, he added some Pro-Treat 200 to the inside of the unit. He showed me some other items to watch for. He also found a couple of U/V light bulbs that were not working and the company would replace them no charge. I would just have to purchase them myself. Kelly who I talked on the phone was also polite and professional like Gene. I would use this company again and Gene also told me he is available for any emergency calls.
Gene also came out to replace a burnt blower motor on our unit, thanks.

This company has technicians that know what they are doing and do it quickly, to get any A/C issue resolved. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Customer service is always a pleasure to talk to and easy to deal with

After years of dealing with various A/C companies it feels wonderful to finally have found a trustworthy company. From Kelly in the office to technicians that have helped us out we have finally found a company we will keep with.

We needed to replace our ductwork and received a range of quotes and we decided to stay with Florida Cooling Solutions. We are so glad that did.
Eric, Vinny and Gene did an excellent job with the installation. We have an older home so of course a couple of unexpected issues cropped up. The problems were immediately addressed and we were kept informed of the situation.
Product knowledge, communication and integrity seem to be at the core of this company and as a customer this is very much appreciated.
We are very happy with the final result which went beyond our expectations.

Our technician Gene was on time, courteous, and very professional. Did an excellent job. We would highly recommend him and the company to all of our friends and neighbors.

4/17/23 … Vinny came today to do our six month maintenance. He was also on time, courteous and very professional. Florida Cooling Solutions is the best and we highly recommend them!

Eric did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem with our A/C. He cleared the condensation drain installed our Nest thermostat.
He was professional, efficient, and courteous!

We bought our system two years ago and have had a few issues with the unit shutting off unexpectedly. Because we had a service call and repair on this same issue a few months ago, we were not charged for this visit, which is appreciated.

These guys are great. Friendly techs who were prompt, explained the issue in an understandable way, and charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of AC maintenance or repair!
