Had my whole system inspected for my insurance adjuster after hurricane Ian plowed through here. Also had a product I would like to purchase instead of the replacement of a UV light.

Rick explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way which allowed me a better understanding of how my equipment works & the procedures to follow to properly maintain it. Response time for this company is excellent. If you have an appointment for an issue or regular service these guys are the best. Technician ‘Anthony’ was very professional and courteous. Very impressed with everyone from Florida Cooling Solutions. Kelly on the phone, Anthony on Monday diagnosed the problem and today Rodney and Anthony did the installation. I contacted Kelly at Florida Cooling Solutions on a Wednesday night around 5:00pm when we got home and realized our house was at 83 degrees. They sent Rodney over within 15 minutes and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and replaced a few capacitors along with a few other things over the course of an hour or two that he spent here that evening.
Unfortunately the compressor still wouldn't kick on so the following morning they sent Anthony over to troubleshoot it. Within an hour, Anthony had the system up and running again properly. He found a burnt up wire inside the condensing unit leading to the compressor.

These guys were both so professional, helpful and relentless on solving the problem. My unit is over 14 years old and they could have easily told me the compressor was fried and I need a whole new outside unit; but instead they were able to troubleshoot, replace a few things, rewire a few things and get it up and running again. I'm so grateful to have had this experience with these trustworthy professionals. Thank you so much Florida Cooling Solutions! Highly recommend!
