I worked for this company before. The owner Eric is a straight shooter. He is very honest and I have seen him take losses for customer satisfaction. Working for them was a pleasure and I was terminated because I can honestly say "I wasn't doing what I was supposed to do at times." The techs, whom I worked with were very knowledgeable and don't take shortcuts and take pride in their work.
I worked side by side with the owner in the field on some jobs. Eric is an owner that's hands-on and not just sitting in the air conditioned office collecting money.
Florida Cooling is a small company and they DO answer their after hours phone for emergency issues. When I worked for them I would go out regularly on emergency issues. Customers did get taken care of at ALL TIMES. I got stuck on a troublesome emergency call one Saturday. I called the owner to let him know I was stuck.The owner was with his kids. Eric, the owner, came out to meet up with me, found the issue (rats chewed up some wires) and even helped me to run new wire, no BS. This company gets many new customers because other companies don't pick up their after hours phone or put you off till the next day or Monday if it's a weekend. I would go on after hour calls, see a new face and ask the customer if they ARE a customer because if so they get discounts. Many new customers said "I called the company I have a service contract with and they want me to wait till Monday for service." One customer said "the company I deal with DOESN'T even answer the phone."
Yes, you may be charged a little extra for having your system repaired after hours or on a weekend but all companies follow that practice. At times some customers would amaze me at how cheap they could be and whine about the emergency call surcharge. If you are that cheap than sweat ALL NIGHT or if it's the weekend sweat till Monday. After hours and on weekends customers are getting an experienced service tech who was probably spending time with his family, eating supper or fishing in their backyards, to drop what they are doing in the name of customer satisfaction and take care of your issue. Customers can tip sometimes ;-)

These guys were fantastic at troubleshooting and resolving the actual issue. Anthony was great at listening to the service history, issues that had been fixed prior and eliminating all the possibilities until he was able to duplicate and resolve the problem...Thank you Florida Cooling Solutions, Inc. OUR AC IS WORKING PERFECTLY...

Florida Cooling Solutions came to my moms house to see why her ac wasn’t working. Peter did a great job, he found the problem quickly and let me know everything that was going on. They fixed the problem and ac is working great. Great company

Anthony Dinneen quickly figured out what the issue with our AC unit was and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and explained the issue well. As someone with little knowledge about air conditioning units it was a good feeling to see him know exactly what he was doing and know we were in good hands.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, quick response rate, thorough and quality work. We have mostly had Peter as our service technician and he has been great! I highly recommend this company!

Peter performed peventitive maintenance on my A/C unit for the last three years and has always done an excellent job. He is very good at trouble shooting problems that I had in the past with my unit and throughly fix the issues.
Even when I call for service the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Florida Cooling Solutions as someone that you can depend on.
