June 2022: Vinny was our technician today. He was awesome. He answered my MANY questions, performed our maintenance, and offered solutions to an ongoing issue. He recommended a way to save us money too. Will continue to be a customer.

2020??: Anthony D. was very nice and respectful. He diagnosed and fixed our problem very quickly and waited to make sure it was working before he left. We were placed on the schedule the same day we called. We will continue to be a customer.

Florida Cooling Solutions technicians, Peter and Michael, just finished a service call at my residence and I would like to commend them and Kelly for the excellent service they provide. Kelly is always super friendly when I have called to schedule maintenance. The first maintenance service Rodiny was in training and was professional, and friendly. This time he was on his own and I would give him 5 stars. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He congratulated me on the recent purchase of the property, and you could see it was genuine. He provided me with a quote for a new unit, and answered all my questions. I will definitely stay with this company for my AC needs.
