My service tech Josh was the consummate professional. He was on time, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Plus in this time of COVID, he was considerate and kept his mask on the entire time. I would not hesitate to use Florida Cooling Solutions or to request Josh as my service professional in the future.

Hurricane Ian did a lot of damage to our home and Florida Cooling came right out to inspect our system. They ordered the part we needed.

Extremely prompt, efficient, professional, and helpful. Explained what was wrong and quickly fixed it. Also gave me some tips as to how to prevent the issue in the future.

We used this company because we noticed water droplets filling up the water pan under the air handler.
The tray would fill with water every couple of days.
