My AC quit working at the end of June. I called another company first, their guy came out told me it wasn't repairable and quoted me a price for a new unit, which was much to small for my house. I called Atech and Matt came out and had it working in 2 minutes. Said it was a fuse that was missing. I can not tell you how grateful I am for him and the honesty of the company. Willl definitely use them going forward.

Atec Air is a fantastic family-owned company that goes above and beyond for their customers. If I could give them 10 stars that would not be enough. Great customer service. They are a company that cares about their customers and I for one am one of their lucky customers.

Atec air has been taking care of us for almost 6 years. We even purchased a new heat pump from them to replace our old one that died within 4 months of moving in. After checking around I went with them due to what they had to offer and the price. Everyone has always been super nice and they come out quickly the few times I’ve needed them. I highly recommend them. My nice neighbor is a competitor and I’d love to do business with him but I told him that Atec has earned my trust.

Just a quick note indicating how great Brian and his crew are in terms of service. Atec received a service call from us this past Sunday evening at approximately 6:00 PM, and we were contacted within 15 minutes. Approximately one hour later, we received a service call. Our current unit was shot, and we had no AC. In addition to a Sunday evening service call, Brian actually supplied us with one of his own in-house motors to get us by with AC until the following Friday when he could replace the HVAC unit. The temporary replacement motor was installed on Memorial Day - the day following the service call. That's right -- a national holiday! We stayed cool the whole time.

Great company! We have had a service contract with Atec for Years, and just purchased our first A/C unit from them. The entire team was kind, caring, and considerate. Excellent workmanship, and always responsive.

My A/C unit froze up last night, so I called Atec Air & Heating before 9:00 am to schedule someone to come and see what was up. They have a great system to coordinate service calls, and since he was close by Brian (the owner) came withing 30 minutes! He checked my A/C determined what the issue was and fixed it very quickly! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and reasonable pricing make it simple to know who to call when you have issues with your A/C unit!

I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning service needs. The technician the came to my house was respectful courteous and very professional. My air conditioner Stopped working properly on a Sunday. Upon calling the Office. I Informed the young lady I spoke with That my 2 sons whom are both terminally ill were living in the home with me and I needed assistance as soon as possible. The young lady told me she would have someone here within the hour and she did.The service that was provided was outstanding and reasonably priced.

Our ac went out on a Sunday Labor Day weekend and I called another ac company that promised to come and look at it and never showed up. I called Atec Air Monday Labor Day before they were open and Debra answered the phone and said a technician would be at my house between 8:00am and 10:00. Matt showed up on time and to make a long story short it took him two trips to find parts on Labor Day but we had a cold house that evening. Great company and great group of people.

Atec Air takes great care of us and even came up to St Augustine after we moved from Palm Coast. We just trusted them and were so glad we didn’t have to find another company. They take the time to explain and answer our questions. They never try to “sell” more than you need but recommend just what you do need! Love them!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Brian can out to help my dad this summer the same day I called. We had been working with another local company who sent out a tech 3 times without fixing the problem, leaving my 85 yr old father without ac in August for days. Eventually the son of the owner came out to rectify the problem only to tell us we needed a whole new unit based on his tech’s assessment, never giving a second look himself. Called Atec for a second opinion, and within 30 minutes, Brian found a burned out wire, replaced it and had the system running again. Six months later we haven’t had any further problems. If you’re looking for an honest and knowledgeable hvac service, call Atec first.
