It's great to have a company who cares about their clients. I am out of town and Atec Air always keeps me up to date on any problem with my home. They come out quickly, repair the problem and even send me pictures. Always courteous and professional. Thank you.

I was told about Atec Air & the owner Brian from a friend at church & was so glad I did. My A/C was having freezing problems over the weekend so I called first thing Monday morning. The receptionist was very pleasant & said they can be out today between noon & 2pm.(fast service). They showed up 10 min early & took care of the problem very quickly & the charge was very fair. Both technicians were very polite & I could not ask for better service! You need to call this company first before calling anyone else, I am also a contractor & you can TRUST this company!

We have only been in our house for about six months, and we decided to have someone come to check on our central air system. It is 2 years old but we had some questions about it even though it is working well. Tim came today to service it and he is so knowledgeable, such an outgoing guy who answered all our questions.......and then some! Because of Tim, we have decided to have Atec take care of our unit with a yearly service contract. Looking forward to seeing Tim again this fall!!

We've used Brian's company for the past 6 years. They've always been professional, on-time, and reasonable. Even with this last issue of a inexperienced, untruthful, HVAC tech, Brian was right there to correct the issues even if it meant his crew was working after hours to finish up.

Had a new HVAC unit installed in November, there was some difficulties, but we worked through them. Had several items to be completed, but paid the bill in full. Took several phone calls to get items completed since they finished the install, however one item remains a problem. The master bedroom remains 5 degrees cooler than the rest of the house, this was not a problem prior to the new unit installation. Numerous calls have been placed with promises to return and fix the problem; hasn't happened yet (12/30). Called again today and awaiting another promise of a return call. Will update hoping for a problem resolution!!
Finally came back to fix ac. Job done ac heating bedroom better now. Thank you.

Had a room with low flow and warm spot. Called ATEC late afternoon and they had somebody here next morning. Guys were in uniform and clean with great attitude and wonderful manners. I explained problem and Jason went to work on it. He is fantastic and I was so impressed that I immediately signed a maintenance agreement with ATEC. Look forward to working with this company in the future. Nancy, who I talked to on phone was also outstanding. So far from what I experienced, this is the way HVAC companies should be!!

The price was very good compared to others we checked and the project was managed very efficiently. It started quickly and finished on time. There were unusual aspects to the project and the crew that was sent out was very nice and did a great job innovating around the challenges. I would definitely recommend to others!

I had an "advanced" company tell me I had a problem that would cost over $600 to repair. I called Atec and they explained there was no major problem. It turned out to be a minor problem and they repaired it for less than $40. i appreciate their honesty and will not use anyone else again.
