Just had the iWave-R ionized air treatment system installed along with a Blue-Tube UV Light. Installation by Francisco was on time and professional. We are breathing great air. We highly recommend this set up if you are having any breathing issues or just want clean, fresh air.

Casey is an exemplary employee. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely and honest. In a day and age, when it is difficult to hire/retain great employees, it is wonderful to see this level of professionalism. Thank you for a great experience. I had a flood in my condo and needed my ceiling a/c checked out to make sure it was safe to use. Wes came and checked it out and reassured me that all was well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great company.

Within 20 MINUTES, Yuri was gone and our a/c was once again operating since at least Friday evening (2 days.) We have a labor warranty with another company but they never showed (yesterday they did not come due to strong thunderstorms) but promised we would be first Sunday - LIE!
We were pleased that Air & Energy arrived within an hour of being phoned ~ excellent service.

From the first phone contact with Lindsey of Air and Energy, our experience has been positive...Plumber, Justin, arrived an hour and a half early for the job...Not only did he check and replace sink parts suggested by our property insurance, he checked all other sink connections and our washer. He was very professional and took photos of his work for our insurance...Before he arrived, Air and Energy sent a photo of Justin and indicated he was in route to our home....So far, our experience with Air and Energy has been So Old School Quality that I am finding it hard to believe! Jimmy & Nando responded on the same day as my service call and got my generator running again! Both were courteous & professional. Positive attitude despite my job being after hours and at the end of their work day… just two days after Hurricane Ian hit our area.

I have used Air & Energy for over 5 years and have found them to be exceptionally customer orientated, experienced & professional, and very skilled at the job, whether it is AC, plumbing or electrical. Over time, I have had to use them for all of these issues. The latest was this week when my lawn service people inadvertently hit my county water intake system, breaking the intake pipe and causing my house to lose all water. Needless to say, this was a critical matter for me & my wife. No water, no flushing toilets, etc. A&E was informed of my situation & immediately dispatched Ricky, an experienced plumber who was at my house within a few hours. We (I was holding the flashlight while Ricky worked) spent several hours in the dark trying to dig up the broken pipe & replace it. No easy task in Florida with the bugs & mosquitos all around. Ricky was unable to complete the task that night but was here first thing in the morning to do so. It was done right, and water has returned. Thank you, Ricky, and A&E.
