Made one phone call and had an appointment within hours, the technician, Vince, was super courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in minutes very impressed.

Technician Blaine showed up on time- the office kept me informed of his ETA. Blaine answered all of my questions- very professional and nice. I appreciate Air & Energy and Blaine!

I’m really happy with Air and Energy as my AC installer and service provider. This company seems to put honesty and integrity at the front, so I can trust what they tell me. I’m amazed at how fast they come to service my AC when I need them. Vince came today, found the problem right away, and repaired it in just under an hour. He also told me what part on my very old AC was near breaking down. I can trust Vince and Air & Energy, so I was happy to replace it now in order to avoid AC problems when I have vacationers. Such a valuable service and an upstanding company. Refreshing!!

Jimmy came out to do my annual standby generator maintenance and was phenomenal! On time, told me exactly what to expect, how long it would take and was just as pleasant and friendly as could be! Great guy and a great company!!

Mixed reviews for Air & Energy. Our point of contact for communication was with Dan. We did go with Air & Energy for an A/C replacement (due to a power surge that fried our A/C) based on the assessment made by Dan. Their price was reasonable, but definitely not the cheapest. The installation crew did a wonderful job and there were no issues. However, there were several times where I reached out to Dan afterwards and he was nonresponsive. He did finally respond after a few weeks.

Prompt and reliable service. We have used this business twice now in an urgent situation for our tenants. Very happy with their service.
