My AC unit wasn’t working. Called air and energy. Same day response. Much appreciated!

Have worked with them twice in past 4 days, show up on time, affordable pricing, and professional interactions. The only thing I'm upset about is that I waited so long to work with them.

Vince arrived early in the window of promised time. He was efficient and explained everything. I trust Air and Energy with my AC maintenance.

Sergio was precisely on-time. Thoroughly inspected the HVAC system and identified two problems with failed equipment that "the other guys" failed to detect and repair. Charges were very reasonable. Sergio really knew the system well and was efficient. Definitely recommend this company.

Eddie Penna showed up when he was scheduled for my normal maintenance. He went right to work cleaning the air exchanger & then testing the outside condenser unit. He was fast & efficient and explained what he was doing and what he found. Everything was in working order although the blower motor was not working at full capacity & might need to be replaced. I suggested we should wait to see what happened especially if we were going to have rolling blackouts during the Summer of 2023. His invoice included pictures of the inside & outside units which was pretty amazing. I was totally satisfied with the service and fees.

I had a generator installed in 2020. The company has been very good to work with. Today I needed a new battery and system check and Andrei was the technician and was terrific to work with. Thank you all for your professionalism.
