As always the service was excellent. Francisco arrived on time and spent a great deal of time making sure everything was in good shape with our AC system. Everyone including all the technicians & office personnel that we have dealt with have been terrific. A real pleasure to work with this company. We also had them install a generator over a year ago with the same experience and great service.

Blaine identified my air conditioner issue very quickly. My new air conditioning coil was ordered right away with help from not only Blaine but also Bonnie who runs the office. Very polite, respectful and responsive experience.

Follow up: Another A&E technician (Casey) returned to replace the defective air handler motor. He did that efficiently and competently. Everything was completed promptly and courteously. I’m a very happy customer!

We have been using Air and Energy for the last 12 years for AC, plumbing and electrical. They are always prompt, professional and thorough. Sergio has been to our house many times for AC service and is always proactive in recognizing and avoiding issues.

Joey was our technician for the service of our whole hime generator and he was wonderful. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He walked us through the service he would be doing, and then took the time afterward to explain things to us and answer the questions that we had. Would definitely use this company again, and would recommend!

Jimmy Cuellar was great. He was very polite and found the root of our electric issues in a timely manner. He worked hard to ensure he was making the correct repairs and assisting with our troubles. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.

We were without A/C and it was 7:30 pm when we noticed there was no cooling, we called Air & Energy by chance they might have someone available. Sergio called us back in a matter of 15 minutes, came right out fixed our problem and we were cool the rest of the night. Thank you A&E and Sergio for being there and helping us. They even called the next day to make sure we were still OK.

My AC quit working, thought all I had to do was vacuum the drain line like before.Not this time.I called Air and Energy and Thier technician went through the whole system and found that it was the capacitor.He then told me it may have a manufactures warranty and it did! That saved me $200.00! Air and Energy have some honest technicians working for them! Thank you Yurok and Air and Energy

Technician checked one item and knew very quickly what our problem was. After vent tubes were vacuumed problem was solved. Technician checked other items and said system was working properly. Job completed to my satisfaction,
