Shout out to your great service technician Marshall Johnson who made a service call to our home yesterday. Marshall arrived as scheduled to quickly resolve a minor issue with our new ac unit which was caused by us while cleaning the condensate drain line.
Super great guy and knowledgeable a/c system tech. Thanks again A&E and to the great office staff who quickly set up a same day appointment to get our system back on line on a hot day with temps approaching 100⁰ outside. M&N

The people are very responsive and helpful. Scheduling was quick and easy, The technician messaged he was on the way to the house in the time window. I like that a picture is sent with the name of the technician. Sergio diagnosed the problem, fixed my AC and explained the resolution. Excellent service!

Just had Sergio (HVAC tech) out for an after hours emergency call and he was awesome. Got the problem resolved quickly so I could continue enjoying my evening.

The overall service at Air and Energy is great but their after hours responsiveness is exceptional. On multiple occasions they’ve had a technician arrive within 1 hour of my service call.

Francisco was knowledgeable, informative and had a positive, cheerful attitude. He worked alone to complete a difficult job that took time and was labor intensive. Jimmy was amazing. Shared his knowledge of exactly what needed to be done in terms I could understand. Also went above and beyond to mention a surge protector would be advised to protect all our appliances and tech inside our home due to lightning. He explained the vip status we have with air and energy, and their services they perform yearly. I highly recommend this company and especially Jimmy. We received an invoice from this company. For work doen at a home in FL.
I have never used them. We live in MN. I'm assuming they let someone pay with a stolen CC without checking the name. There would be no reason for our email to be in their system. When i called she said "weird".

I purchased my unit several years ago and since that time I have found every employee beginning with the sale, to the office staff and to the technicians is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist. If there is a concern during the weekend the customer does not have to wait until Monday as people are on duty during the weekend.

When a time window is given, the customer can be assured someone will be arriving during that window.

Although I was in another state, when friends informed me that the air conditioning was not working on the Fourth of July, Air and Energy knew what to do. Within two hours of my call, Vince diagnosed the problem, installed a new compressor, and had it up and running within an hour. Three cheers to your team. You make things easy.

Our rental agent called Air & Energy since we use them for HVAC work. When we couldn’t have a new washer installed because of a corroded valve, she called them to replace it. They were prompt, courteous and did a great job at a reasonable price.
