The actual furnace installers were on time, professional, hard working, polite. We are also glad that he gave some great tips for maximizing the efficiency of the system. The way to go!

He also goes through the trouble of explaining exactly what is wrong and will go into as much detail as needed so that the customer can make an educated decision about what to do. We had been having issues with a brand new unit that we purchased from another AC company. We had made several calls to them but they never responded! We called Pearson Heating & Cooling to see if they could fix our unit. We could not have been happier with the outcome.
