My experience with cool air services was exceptional not only did Mandy help me get my project done she made sure it was done professionally fast and efficiently. Jimmy is one of the best in palm beach county in my opinion. If you need any ac work done don’t hassle with any other company call them you won’t be disappointed!

Mandy was awesome! She responded immediately to my call and saved me from another AC company who was trying to charge me over 3k more for a comparable system. She was quickly able to give me a quote, had her guys out to measure the next morning and a new system installed the following day. Marvin and Richard were prompt, efficient and installed a beautiful new system and thermostat. They even caulked around the base and left our home clean as if they had never even been here. I just want to give a shout out to Cool Air Services, Inc. What an AMAZING job they did re locating our AC unit today. The level of customer service from Mandy on the phone to Jimmy the Tech that came out was the best I’ve seen in a very long time. It’s good to see there are still good people around. I have been using Cool Air Services for almost a decade in both my prior and current residences. Their techs have dealt with my repairs, new installs, and regular maintenance, and they are knowledgeable, considerate and professional. But what really tops the cake is the very personable and prompt attention that you get from Mandy and her team. That is a very welcome detail in this day and age when good customer service is MIA almost everywhere.

I have been experiencing a leak from my AC system for the past few weeks. I was informed by Lindstrom during my service in December that my refrigerant was low. The tech did not tell me why it was low, but kept recommending I pay for more refrigerant. Rather than call Lindstrom to take a look at my AC system I decided to give Cool Air Service a call. Mandy was very responsive and very helpful and got someone to my house asap to take a look. Zack Sousa came and immediately detect the problem I was having with my system. There was a leak resulting in my refrigerant being low. Zack fixed the issue and did a few other things for me. I was very pleased and thankful for the work that was done. I will definitely be using this company again for all my AC needs.

Cool Air Services definitely lives up to their rating. Just what you'd expect from a well run family business. They know their stuff and they care. Quick courteous service. Jimmy was at my house in an hour, replaced the capacitor, and had my system up and running in less than 30 min. Even if you get a "deal" elsewhere, I think you'll be happier with the end result if you use these guys.

Cool Air Services in Boynton Beach is an honest, decently priced for my AC unit. I am super happy with Marvin explaining the work he was doing to my package AC unit on my roof. Two thumbs up for Marvin 👍👍

Cool Air Services is the very best air conditioning repair and service company in all of South Florida. Don't look any further give Mandy a call she'll take care of everything. These are the most honest and decent people in the business. I've been down in South Florida for almost 25 years and I wouldn't use any other company. They are honest, very fairly priced, always on time and have the very best air conditioning Professionals in the business working for them. We came home last Sunday afternoon to see that our AC was not running. We called Cool Air, and Mandy spent about an hour trying to help us reset our thermostat. When this didn't work, she worked to find a tech who could come look at the system.
There was a surcharge because this was a Sunday evening repair. But the tech figured out that the thermostat was broken, and was able to install a new one.
They saved the day. We will be using them again when it's time to replace the entire unit.

Mandy and her team are the most professional and competent crew I’ve ever encountered. When we 1st purchased our Delray Beach home the A/C unit crapped out within the 1st month. Upon referral from a friend I reached out to Cool Air Services to take a look. My old unit was 16 years old and fairly starting to rot out. Mandy recommended an awesome Carrier unit and even let me know about an energy rebate program that was going on at the time. The new complete system was installed the very next day without a hitch. Very professional service and the communication with Mandy can’t be beat. Returned my phone call within 5 minutes and got the ball rolling.
