I have had dealings with many A/C companies over the years, and Cool Air is by far the most competent, professional, reliable, trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service! I highly recommend Cool Air Services!

Working with Cool Air Services is a gold star experience from start to finish. They are extremely professional and courteous. They helped my old AC system make it to the finish line gracefully, and when the time came for a new unit, the process was flawless. Mandy and the entire team worked with my schedule to set up installation. I never knew I could “love” a new AC unit, but I do! Cool Air Services has been maintaining our home air conditioner for a couple of years. But, it came the time for a replacement & they were quick with their analysis and recommendation for a new one. They are prompt with scheduling, efficient and neat when working. Technicians are very cordial as well. We love the unit and how it looks and runs. Great company!

From the very first conversation with Mandy to the final inspection which Mandy personally arranged for and oversaw in our absence this was a perfectly orchestrated operation. That is saying a lot because a new air conditioning system is costly and not usually characterized by such a good experience I might add that their price was very competitive. The unit was installed the very next day after we engaged with cool Air, another notable action as it was extremely hot and the prospect of being without air conditioning was daunting. The techs showed up at the precise time we were told. They were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up perfectly.
