All Time Air Conditioning

So, a few days ago, my fam and I got this amazing A/C system installed by these folks at All Time Air. Let me tell ya, this new unit is super quiet! Even our fur babies don't notice it's on. The install crew was super careful with our home, yard, and our pets – they really took care of everything.

They installed the air handler in our utility room. Man, they did a fantastic job! Looks like it came with the house, they did such a clean job. The techs and managers were there for us to answer any questions along the way. I doubly appreciate their prompt response since we do have elderly family members living with us.

These guys really know what they're doing, and they genuinely care about their customers. If you're in West Palm Beach or the surrounding area and need a great A/C service, give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

And guess what? They're already on top of scheduling a routine checkup for our A/C system in a few months. We're super happy with their service and can't wait to see how our relationship with this awesome company keeps growing.

I was recommended to them by the house inspector I used a few months ago. After the storm a few days ago the AC didn't turn back on with the electric. I originally had a different contractor come out to my house who quoted $4,500 to replace all major components which didn't make any sense to me. All Time AC came out today and fixed the unit for $450 and gave actual professional advice on how to manage the unit moving forward. Thank you Logan and All Time AC for being very professional and ethical in your business. You have a customer in me for the remainder of the time I own a home.

Jake called us and arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He was courteous, personable, and delightful. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was going to do, and what he recommended for a new system install very soon. He took care of the cleaning and repair of the issue and on his way he went! This is the type of young man that everyone should have on staff at all times. I have a contract with Lindstrom but when I called them yesterday, they said they couldn’t come for three days! That didn’t do us any good. My air-conditioning was broken and I needed it fixed now. So I called All Time Air Conditioning and they were there and fixed in less than two hours. Wonderful

I needed HVAC service last minute to get my grandparents cool during a heat wave. I called 15 companies after hours. All time was the only company to call back (and I got 3 different calls from different people making sure that I was taken care of). The technician, Robert, came out after hours, got everything working, and took the time to explain what was going on. I'll definitely be moving everything over time All Time and couldn't recommend them more highly.

All-Time did their spring Preventive Maintenance visit (second of two annual visits) for our Carrier Heat Pump system. Their technician, Robert Miranda was on time, personable, efficient, thorough, and voluntarily provided a complete technical explanation for each activity. We have used them for two years now, ever since buying this home, and we have always been very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

They did a horrible job - they installed a very loud A/C unit that seems louder than the old one, broke a good portion of our hedge and never acknowledged it (after we pointed it out, they never even apologized), they left the gate to our white fence FILTHY and we had to ask them to clean it (which they didn't do well), the air handler in the garage was installed VERY POORLY, and we had to have them come out two more times after the install to "fix it" (it still looks very bad but at least the condensation has stopped - but that's only b/c we pointed it out, they didn't check to insure the install was good). Their technicians and managers were dismissive of us and our concerns. They are NOT trustworthy and I do not recommend them at all. I doubt the A/C unit we have will last (because we bought it from them); when the A/C has to be replaced, we definitely will not call them for repeat business. I have attached photos of the job they did in Sept. 2020 (none of them wearing masks when they "greeted" us). The last picture is how they left things - and all of the pictures before that are of what they thought was a good job. They had the nerve to call us in July 2022 and expect us to allow them back on our property to "service" the AC; that is NOT happening.

I recently had All Time Air Conditioning install a new AC unit in my home. The team was professional, fast, and efficient, making the entire process hassle-free. The maintenance package they offered was a great value, ensuring my AC runs smoothly all year round. Highly recommended!

My a/c died on me on a Saturday, of course. Spoke to Robert, one of their “fixers!” He amazed me with his patience & kindness. He was able to walk me through what was needed for the clog. We did it!!!

I will forever be grateful & appreciative to this company. Now take Robert out to dinner!!
