Do not use All Time Air Conditioning! We called for service on Saturday and the technician said our system was severely restricted. He charged an outrageous fee, and also told us not to turn the AC back on for several hours. When we did (no surprise) it didn't work! Our calls were ignored on Sunday. The same tech came back on Monday and once again said that the system would only work on low capacity for brief periods of time. He suggested full replacement at a whopping $7,200.

On Tuesday, we called another company who told us our 7 year old system was likely under warranty, a point that was never even considered by All Time Air Conditioning. The reputable company showed up Tuesday and did not need to use the warranty, as they fixed the unit within an hour. All Time would have been happy to charge us $7,200 for a new unit after being incapable of doing a simple fix on our existing unit. Maybe they were being dishonest or maybe they were just incompetent. Either way, look elsewhere if you need your air conditioning fixed!

We were suffering for over 24 hours with no cold air. Our thermostat was showing a temperature of 85 to 86°. It was miserable last night. JAKE PALLOTTA came to our house was extremely nice, personable, funny, and professional as well as quick and efficient. I would gladly request him again the next time I need service on my system.

Lian came to service our AC and check if thermostat was working correctly. He is very pleasant, professional and a person you feel you can trust. Appreciate him.

All Time Air Conditioning was called for a service repair. I called them because their offices were close to my home. Calling was a great experience. Katrina was not only professional and courteous, she listened to my explanation and followed through with my concerns. She called me back in a reasonable time and was able to provide me with all the information I needed. We set-up an appointment for diagnosis and repair. It was refreshing to have Katrina answer the phone and take the time to listen.

All Time Air Conditioning's AC service was remarkable. Derek, our service person called prior to arrival and was on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to complete the evaluation and give us an estimate that was reasonable. Derek completed the job in a short period of time and we were very happy. All Time Air Conditining installed a brand new 5 Ton A/C for us last year. It is working great. We are very happy with it. Yesterday, Brian Ogden performed the yearly A/C maintenance. He was on-time, professional, and explained the 21-point service. He even found and connected a wire for us that enables us to use the thermostat without batteries. We would definitely recommend this company.

Have been a maintenance contract customer for years. I've been generally pleased with the service until now. Whole new A/C system installed in 2017. Needed a warranty repair last week. Parts were supposed to be covered. Service was not covered under warranty which was OK. The tech was here for one hour and they charged me $650. I know I didn't get $650 worth of labor so what was I charged for? No one at the company will be transparent about how the charges break out. I can only conclude they buried the cost of parts in the charge as well. Office staff cannot explain it and owner won't call back. BBB has been alerted.
