Maxwell's knowledge of air conditioning and system requirements was extremely impressive providing great confidence that our new air conditioning system will provide us many years of reliable service. George and his assistant at Pearson Heating & Cooling Co were timely, friendly, efficient, and patience, knowing the awful cost of the electric induction motor, handled the situation very well, they were prompt in their retrieval of the part and efficient in its installation. We just had our annual AC system checkup. Our technician was George who also performed the system checkup last year. As always he was efficient, courteous and very friendly. It's always a pleasure to interact with a service person who makes you feel like they appreciate your business unlike some businesses who act like they are doing you a big favor just showing up at your house.

Fred came out, was able to get the A/C running and advised us that he could not guarantee how long it would continue to work. He gave me some options along with his recommendations and I was impressed with his straight-forward talk. Love this company customer service.Will refer them too any of my friends. They are good with prices and repair work.
