Mini Split Superstore

Got two units installed in my new apartment. The units work great. Delivery and installation was very timely. The AC system installation placement of units appears really good, as the air circulates throughout entire apartment evenly. This is fourth installation in our building by this company. I would recommend this team if you are looking for reliable AC Units and installation, at really great price.

DO NOT let this guys google reviews fool you. Carlos (the owner) is my neighbor at the time of writing this review, so I can only imagine how he treats other clients if he will treat his own neighbor in such a manner. After misleading me and installing my mini split unit without a permit, he refused to take on the permit process after I received a violation from the town of Bay Harbor. He gave me excuse after excuse (come to find out he is not licensed and doing work illegally) After one of my units stopped working correctly after a few months he has not helped me resolve the issue after blaming it on the manufacturers “obsolete unit”. He did not give me the manufacturers information until after 8 months of installation and avoiding numerous of my calls and texts. After over a year I am still without a resolution and now have two faulty units. Don’t let Carlos fool you like he fooled me, make sure you hire someone licensed!

I have been without air conditioner in my house for years. But the best investment was to call Mini Split Superstore installer was awesome accommodated within my schedule, professional and very tidy, cleaned after install.

Carlos was nothing less than amazing! Not only was he professional but he was punctual and friendly! As for the work he did ... amazing! We had a temporary office in a trailer with an a/c that did nothing for the brutal heat. After his installation... it was like an igloo! :) I can’t thank him enough for helping us make our work space more comfortable to be in!

My experience with Carlos and MiniSplit superstore has been five star.
My story is a bit long, but the short is he stuck with the project and when there was a problem, he came right back and took care of it.
A warranty is only as good as the people who give it to you, And Carlos is good people.

A terrific group of technicians that not only were able to visit on the same day but resolve my issue within 1 hour time frame. They provide wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend this team. Thank you Mini Split. I will see you all on the next deployment.

My husband and I were looking for a tech that can sell and install a minisplit. After calling a couple of companies, I was not convinced. Until I called Carlos from mini split superstore was the best in answering question and getting back with us with the time and a price. Very happy with the service that was provided. They have great prices they arrive on time and the staff is great. Friendly respectful and keep you informed on the steps they are taking to fix / install your unit. I definitely recommend them!

This is a follow-up to the review below.
After diligent work on one of my existing units, we found that the manufacture had discontinued the main circuit board.

Carlos then recommended that I go ahead and replace the entire system with Daikin. The brand that he has in his own home. Now that it is installed, I can tell you that it is a wonderful system. Much quieter than what I had before, and much more efficient at cooling.

For sure, eventually I will replace all six of my units with Daikin!

I have six Samsung mini splits. They are discontinued, and nobody wanted to help me maintain them. Then I found Carlos and Mini Split Superstore through Google.

Carlos personally came to my residence, and took charge of the situation.

Now I have a very professional, and permanent solution for maintaining all of my units! Thank you again Carlos, and I look forward to a long relationship!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve spent months trying to find a company to install mini splits in one of my buildings but either they were too expensive or They weren’t professional and pleasant to deal with. Mini split superstore has the best prices / products / service I’ve seen in a very long time and would Recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. I would leave 6 stars if I could !
