After a long research and receiving a couple of estimates from companies, I finally called Mini Split Superstore.

It was a pleasure meeting Carlos. He is very professional. He came over for an estimate to install a mini split unit. He Carefully inspected the area for installation. He suggested a couple of brands that will work with my budget.

The installation was very smooth and the work was performed with great professionalism.
On the same day of installation, I had problems with my central AC unit. Carlos fixed the problem.

Mini Split Superstore is the only company you need to know about when it comes to Mini Splits. Carlos and his team are simply the best. He specializes in Mini Splits and knows how to install, maintain, and repair (other companies installs) Mini splits better, smoother, and for less money than anyone else.

I met Carlos after having two traditional AC companies come out and quote me to repair one of my indoor units and move the outdoor unit.

Both of the conventional companies and what I mean by conventional is they work on central air systems 99 out of 100 jobs. Both said I needed a whole new unit!

Luckily I saw the sexy looking Mini Split Supstore van driving to a job and called. Carlos was able to Schedule me the next day. He sent a text message receipt confirming my appointment time which was nice and professional. Carlos was able to repair my indoor unit and move the outdoor unit for the cost of the other company quoted just to install the new unit they said I needed. It would have cost me another $400-$500 to have them move the outdoor unit.

Carlos Quiñones and his partner Oscar are very careful and clean and are aware of their client's requirements. They taught us how to maintain a good cleaning of the equipment for its longer duration as well as the use of the remote control of our 24,000 BTU unit.
We are very happy with the installation of our new Air Conditioning System and of course those who did the work.

I found the Mini Split Superstore (MSS) after doing my research and having other proposals. We were ready to make a decision and I saw all the good reviews that the MSS had and we decided to give them a call. It is a family run business and Carlos responded right away. In fact I told him that we really wanted to move forward and he ended up coming out that same day to give us a quote, which I truly appreciated. The following day I had his proposals in my email. His prices were very competitive and I liked the way he responded so we moved forward and gave them the job. They just came this past Saturday, 7/20/19 and did the entire job. Carlos was very easy to work with and explained everything in detail. All the equipment was sealed and brand new, exactly what we had discussed and the same Model's that were quoted. (No Surprises) They cleaned up after the entire installation and took all the debris with them. My area is cooling perfectly and I am super happy with the entire project and the way Mini Split Superstore did their job. In fact, I will be getting another proposal from Carlos to consider using mini splits for our entire house, something I did not even know existed. I will update this post in the next 2 months, but for now, we are super happy and am very satisfied that we decided to go with Carlos and the Mini Split Superstore. Give them a call, you won't regret it!!

A+++ This was our first time having a split installed but we are no strangers to home repairs and installations. This company is absolutely incredible! From the day Carlos came out for our quote to the completion of the installation was absolutely seamless! This all took place during the COVID shutdown so he wore his mask at all times and explained how he changed and disinfected himself between homes - which was really reassuring. Everything looks so much nicer than I could have ever hoped! I am extremely detail oriented and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure all my request were met and I only had to tell him once. For anyone that has done some remodeling, when something is only said once and done perfectly it’s practically like seeing a unicorn. Carlos and his partner did a fabulous job installing my mini split unit. They were fast efficient and tidy. He explained the installation and running of and maintenance thoroughly. I had the pleasure of having a Daizuki 12k BTU mini split installed by Carlos and his team 1 week ago. After the initial call with Carlos, someone from his team arrived to my house (on time - exactly when he said he would) to assess the room a day later. The next day I received a quote via email that was very competitive and less than I thought it would cost to install a new system.

I was in a bit of a time constraint so Carlos agreed to squeeze me in a couple days later in the afternoon for the install even though it meant his guys would have to stay a little late. They again arrived on time and worked quickly and diligently. We had the system up and running in about 4 hours.

There was a slight electrical hiccup that occurred (two light switches would no longer work in the room the system was installed in). Carlos immediately referred me to an electrician who came out and fixed the issue in less than half an hour, free of charge.

The unit itself works great and keeps the room ice cold. I often work night shifts so this will also save money in the long run because I won’t have to run my central AC for the one room to be cooled during the day when I’m sleeping. It connects with both Alexa or Google Assistant to integrate with my smart home.

I’d definitely recommend Mini Split Superstore and will be referring my friends/family to Carlos in the future.

I found this company on Google and decided to contact them due their high rating with amount of reviews. I spoke with Carlos and I have to say that the entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. It does not make sense at all to buy a unit from Amazon then try to get it installed. You can spend just a bit more for a better quality AC unit plus have it professionally installed, clean job, and with a warranty. No brainer. I highly recommend contacting them before you do anything and the reviews speak for themselves.
