So glad I picked them!! Carlos was a pleasure to deal with. He came by gave me an estimate told me every little thing that he expected to be needed for the install to go properly. Inspected my electrical box and the distance to the installation site make sure he was very thorough in his prep so there would be no surprises. I'm extremely happy with the installation he was in and out of there before you knew it. Very clean install and the unit just works flawlessly. I waited several months before leaving the review to make sure everything was just as smooth today as when he installed the unit and it is. He also sends reminders when to clean your unit filters. This will help keep my unit working flawlessly for years to come.

I found this company through a sales application and was not too sure about how they would work or if they were even a real company. When they replied to my message and gave me a price for setting up my mini-split in the back room of the house, I thought it was great. We scheduled to get the mini-split installed and they came to the home, were very professional, and very clean work.

A few months later, I had an issue with the mini-split in which it would not turn on, and as soon as I contacted them they tried to help over the phone (as I mentioned to them I could do a reset for them so they wouldn't have to come out), so when I tried resetting the mini-split it did not work. Once again they scheduled to come out and fixed my problem under warranty, and to this day I am grateful to have randomly found a company like this for the mini-split I needed in my home. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!

These guys are the best in the game when it comes to splits and cassette 4 way blowers. Carlos is really nice and professional. We had an emergency and they were there instantly to fix the situation. This was a restaurant and Carlos understood how important it is to keep our guests cool in the summer. The install was really professional , quick and clean. Fair price too. I can’t say enough nice stuff about these guys and look forward to using them again and again

I had scheduled several estimates for my mini split converter to be installed. Out of all the companies I met with I had the most wonderful experience working with Carlos from the mini split superstore. Carlos did an outstanding job installing my mini split converter. He was very supportive of my needs. He provided me with great advise and schooled me through the entire process. He's always supportive and provides me with very beneficial information in order to prevent me from making the wrong decisions. He was always available if I had questions that needed to be answered. He also communicated with me on a consistent basis even after the installation was completed. He even resolved another issue that I had in my home at no cost. Carlos has excellent customer service and he addressed all my concerns in order to make the installation transition as smooth as possible. I will definitely use him in the future when I have other air conditioning issues.

Very happy! I liked the mini split I bought from Carlos and his team so much that I got a second one for another location. The whole team was pleasant to work with. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was clean (done without creating a mess). They also provided a two year warranty on the units, on top of what the manufacturer gives. I would go back to them for my HVAC needs!

I called this business claiming they sold me a 36000 BTU unit that wasn't working correctly, turns out someone else used their business name and sold me the unit. However this did not limited Carlos to provided free service to me. Long story short I ended replacing the units for a new one, Carlos not only got me a new Daikin unit delivery to my door within one hour (incredible!). Moreover, his guys as he call them show up in no time to install the unit. The technicians are well equipped and work flawless they are extremely professional and nice people. Can't recommend this company enough if you need a mini split this is it! Thank you Carlos!!
