Great service and very reasonable prices. I had them quote on the top three Japanese manufacturers mini-split system and settled on Mitsubishi. I had received a quote from another contractor that was almost $300 more for a 9000 BTU bottom of the line Mitsubishi. For the same price the Mini Split Superstore offered me a 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi with a middle of the line model.

Installation was neatly done and I could not be happier. It is unreal how quite both the outside unit and inside units are, and how fast the unit cools.

Mini Splits are very popular outside the USA and are gaining traction here in the state. If you want state of the art and su-er efficient air conditioning, mini splits and VRF are the way to go and the Mini Spilt Superstore should be your number one choice here in South Florida.

i had my ductless AC unit installed this week. carlos was knowledgeable about the products he carries, courteous and friendly, and was willing to spend time with me discussing my concerns and answering my many (many) questions. after giving me estimates and options on a few different ways i could go, we settled on the best option price-wise for me. there was no high-pressure sales or upselling techniques. his prices are competitive and reasonable for the products his company sells.

but best of all, my house is ICE COLD!! i was very nervous about switching from a traditional central AC unit to the ductless system. he was patient with my concerns and checked up on us for a couple of days afterwards to make sure we were happy.

i would definitely recommend using this company to buy and install mini split ductless AC systems.
