My husband and I are extremely pleased with the services provided by Mini Split Superstore! After asking for estimates for a Mitsubishi 12,000 btu mini split from different companies, Carlos offered us the best price. He remained professional and open about invoice details throughout the ordeal and installed the unit on the promised date! Anyone who lives in Miami knows that a prompt response time is a MUST when it comes to AC installation because of our humid weather! The technicians were responsible and worked diligently and very neatly. We highly recommend MiniSplit Superstore for anyone needing mini split services and look forward to working with them for our unit's maintenance. 👍

Carlos did an excellent job with my install the unit is cooling great! Carlos was very professional courteous and most of all clean. He works clean and cleans up after himself. I'm a Tradesman myself so I know what to look for, Carlos has very we'll organize tools and equipment and is knowledgeable in his trade. He added a line for the electrical service and did not bat an eye. Other AC men balked at this, said I would have to hire an electrician separately. Thanks for your good work Carlos! Steve Neuman

Carlos and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. They were fast, efficient and a great price. Very professional, you can tell they knew what they were doing. If you need a mini split, these are the guys to talk to. Don't look anywhere else. :)

Carlos is a criminal. He took our money, lied, never paid for the units, and never submitted our warrenty info. They broke after a few months. Now his business is closed and his phone is disconnected. I hope he's enjoying my $10,000. Sure wish I had some air conditioning!

I strongly recommend Mini Split Superstore and their technician Carlos. I texted him late in the evening of September 30th, letting him know that I was experiencing issues with my AC unit. He was quick to reply asking me how early was he able to contact me the following morning. I told him 9am and sure enough I received a call at 9am the following day. He walked me through by phone asking questions so he could decipher the issue. He later came to inspect what was wrong so that he knew exactly what to service. He was honest in letting me know that he had some other appointments to attend to, but to rest assure that my AC would be working by the evening. Carlos came back again later that evening to service my unit. Most techs would want to get home and end their day, but he made sure to accommodate my family and I first. He was personable, honest, thorough, and most important during this new world we live in, he followed all Covid guidelines. A big thank you to Carlos and Mini Split Superstore! Job well done!

Installed my dual zone mini split system 2yrs ago, I just had an fault code on one of the blowers, I thought I had to replace the blower. I called Carlos gave him the code...he diagnosed the problem without having to come out! He picked up the part was there the next day. Took about 45 minutes and he was done! Good to go again 👍. Excellent customer service, reliable and fair priced. I would recommend his service to all.

I had a leak from one of my mini splits and decided to have Carlos and his team come out and fix the leak. I just bought my home and it has three mini splits spread out over the house, so I figured I’d have him do preventative service on all the units while he came to fix the leak.

All I can say is....WOW! These guys are the real deal. They diligently went unit by unit, taking them apart and cleaning every piece inside. They removed all the vents and returns and cleaned and sprayed everything with care. I thought my ac’s were in good condition but after his service the blowers are now so much more powerful and chill so much faster.

Second time I have used Carlos. His communications, transparency and professionalism are incredible. His pricing is so good that you would think you would have to give up a little on the speed or the quality - but that is not the case at all. With him you get all three (Price, Speed, Quality). He did exactly what he said he would do and walked me through everything about it making sure I was good with everything. Once he was done he followed up confirming and then again the next day to make sure I was happy. Wish everyone was as good as him and will definitely refer him to anyone who needs AC products, parts or service. Thank you!
