My air-conditioning unit blew-out and with my disability it was,important that I get air-conditioning back in my house as soon as possible. Snowbird Heating & Cooling provided an estimate that was over $1,500 less than everyone else we phoned. That's 5 other companies. They also installed the temperature control panel and thermostat lower so I could see and operate my heat/air-conditioning.
Sure, that's an easy thing to-do. But they were experienced with what I needed and offered me this ability.
The cost of this project floored me. It upset me that a house I purchased had a lousy unit. Now though, it is fixed, and I'm thankful to Snowbird Heating & Cooling.

I wish I could give higher than a five star rating! From coming out to give us an estimate to installation, they were amazing! They asked and listened to what we wanted and gave many options in a new system. I highly recommend them!!!

Everyone came in contact with was professional and pleasant. The company worked with me to get the installation done quickly and allowed me to pay for the installation a few days later. Thank Goodness! It was hot!! DJ was instrumental in making the arrangements

While Angel and Devon did the install they discovered a water leak. They took a video and forwarded it to me. This enabled me to quickly forward it to the repair man to see what was going on, have what he needed on his truck and quickly come fix.

I joked that it was tough to spend that much money and not even get to have fun. But, I find it hard to believe I could have had a better experience with another company.

I went in to pay the bill today. And I had a lovely time talking to everyone there. It's a family oriented company and they were all familiar with my specific install.

Mr. Jeremy Gullett, the company’s friendly and professional service technician, arrived on time, explained the reason he was there, and immediately went to work. He completed the work in a timely fashion, explained what he had done, and provided the invoice. Before leaving he asked if I had any questions and said that if I had any questions or concerns, do not hesitate, but call the office. I am very impressed with Snowbird heating and cooling and renewed my contract for another year and will continue to do so so long as they continue the great service that they have provided so far.

Last Thursday afternoon my 92 year old Mother, who lives in Haines City, had her AC go out. I called Snowbird immediately because the house was rapidly approaching 92 degrees. Within 20 minutes, one of their technicians, Devin Hall arrived and determined that the 17 year old system should be replaced over repair. Although he was kind enough to offer both options. In less than 24 hours, Devin arrived and installed the unit within 90 minutes. My reason for writing this post is that it is rare to find someone like Devin. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, cheerful and knowledgeable despite working in the ungodly heat/humidity of Florida on a daily basis. We could not have asked for better service. Absolutely top notch. This man needs a raise !! As a retired Air Force Commander, I wish I would have had a squadron of Devins. Kudos to Snowbird for hiring the best of the best. Use this company, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Fred and his crew were GREAT! I never dealt with such a professional company. I had personal contact with the owner Mark, and manager Bruce, both were accommodating and took time to answer all my questions. The installation team arrived on time, they were professional, and did not mind me asking questions while they worked. They did a stellar job. Before leaving, they made sure to clean all areas. I was impressed with the level of work they rendered. I will definitely be using Snowbird AC for all my cooling needs.

Skyler O. was great. He was fast and efficient, we told him the issue over the phone and he quickly knew the issue and how to fix. We had to make a last minute repair he was able to come out the same day for the repairs. We definitely recommend this company and will use again in the future. .Fair price and very professional.

Our place was not staying cool so we called Snow bird and they were there the next day. They were very honest about the cost of repairs and to replace the unit. We had a new AC unit installed the following day. Skylar was our contact with this company and he answered all of our questions. He was very professional and didn’t act rushed to get out. He’s an excellent employee!

I have a maintenance agreement with Traditions, but when I called about my AC not working, they said they were booked for weeks to move my maintenance up from August. If I wanted a service call, I would need to pay $92.65 for a service call & WAIT 6 days! I called Snowbird & paid $118 for their maintenance agreement over the phone. They sent a repairman out within an hour & I paid nothing for the service call. My thermostat was replaced under warranty. I HIGHLY recommend Snowbird!
Now when it's time for my yearly maintenance, I have a reliable, honest company.
