    Thomaston Comfort Control is top notch when it comes to service, bottom line. Always there to help no matter what or when it happens! Jason came out today to repair a cracked line in unit. He arrived on time, cleaned up his work area and doubled checked everything! These are your go to guys if your in the market for anything heating or cooling related.     I have a highly efficient gas boiler that is very high tech. I installed it myself 12 years ago and nobody could service it at the time so I had to educate myself. I had an issue recently and needed some help so I called the boiler manufacture that gave me this companies name. They sent out a young tech named Matt. He was awesome... a great communicator and very skilled at what he did. He listened to what I had to say and listened more. An awesome human being. Boiler is running great again. Thank You Matt!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Our company used Thomaston Comfort Control to install a new walk in cooler in one of our locations in Greenwich, CT and remove an existing cooler in our old space. They were able to come in with a quote and timeline for installation literally months faster than other vendors and more competitive pricing too. Additionally, they were by far the most professional, competent and responsive vendor we worked with on this project. Jay, our project rep, was fantastic - so communicative and knowledgeable, plus all of the team we encountered on site were very focused but still helpful (and friendly!). They seemingly worked seven days a week for us, answering emails, calls and texts at any hour or day of the week and they even collaborated with us to remove our old cooler on a Saturday to coincide with our move and took the time to label each panel and created a map for us to follow for when we reassemble in the future. When a glitch happened due to an error in our engineer's drawings, Jay found a fast solution, helped with documentation needed for our landlord and had the problem solved in less than a week. We already have additional work scheduled with them and we absolutely look forward to having them as our go to HVAC vendor for our Connecticut locations.

    Jason gave our furnace its annual cleaning. He was very thorough and explained every part of what he did during the service. You could tell he enjoys his work too!

    Jason was the technician in response to an emergency furnace repair. It's Saturday after 12pm so parts stores are closed. Jason hunted down the needed replacement part, installed it and the furnace is running. Jason was efficient, knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to get my furnace running as soon as possible. I highly recommend Jason and this business.

    I just wanted to thank you and your team for providing amazing service even when it’s Christmas Eve. Joe came over at 12:30AM and it was 6 degrees outside! He stayed till 2AM to make sure the heat stayed working after fixing it. He even texted me the next day to make sure my family was still warm! When I was telling my neighbors about it, they were all shocked that someone came out to fix the issue at midnight on Christmas Eve. I think you will gain a few more customers :).     I am a long time customer and just had a problem with my heat not responding to the thermostat. The on-call technician,Jason, returned my call almost immediately in response to a call to the answering service on a Sunday afternoon. He walked me through several diagnostics on the phone, and the furnace came on. Needless to say I am grateful I chose Thomaston Comfort as my HVAC and oil company.
