Service manager is rude and owner doesn’t call back after leaving several messages. Had a headache since I got two service plans from them. They spelled my name wrong and labeled the furnaces wrong after calling to correct it. Was misquoted prices and never received my service details after asking several times. They claimed their website was wrong and that’s why I was misquoted. Came out to fix a relief valve not once but twice now and still having issues with it leaking after it being “fixed” a month ago. Clearly they are using faulty parts. Now they are trying to charge me for the labor after I was told it was covered under the warranty. Never will do business with them as clearly no one can run the business properly nor return calls. Had no issues with this part before they touched it.
There is no option to give -5 rating so have to give 1. Clearly worst of worst companies. Technician totally incapable to doing job. Rude people on call. Call and use them only if you want to get cheated and have millions to waste. Called for central AC repair for my BLIND tenant, was charged 320 or so and person came, did something (nothing) and left. Central AC unit didnt work. Over the phone i was told that filter was replaced.....comeon for that you charged 320 and when it didnt work. When called back, i was told that they can send their person again but it will cost 149 for visit alone and cant promise if it will work and they can do the remaining job of drain pipe etc.....question is why was that not done when technician came for the first time... just so that you can charge again....Twice i asked for invoice and i was told it will be emailed which i never got....again......if you use them, it is your lose.
