I just had Guy's heating and cooling put a mini split heating and cooling pump in my park model at Ashaway rv resort and I could not be more satisfied with the professional service that I received. I did not have to clean up the mess that is usually left behind by other contractors and he quoted a very competitive price. Paul and and his team did a fantastic job and Paul walked me through the entire system and answered all my questions that I asked. Paul and John are great. Communication is key for me and Paul is always prompt with his responses and patient. They squeezed me in their busy schedule to replace my 30 year old unit that broke during this brutal heat wave. The installation only took about 1.5 days and went very well. They showed up when they said they would and worked well with my electrician. I highly recommend them.

Every contracting company should be this excellent. I worked with the office staff on scheduling, Paul on estimating, and John (with Paul) on installation. Beyond their technical competance, they asked questions to determine the perfect product/solution for my home's situation. Keep up the great work!

We called Guy’s on a Thursday when our central air went out. They got back to us that day and set up an appointment for Monday. Showed up on time Monday and Paul was friendly, knowledgable, and I didn’t feel like I was being sold. Bad news was we needed a new system. Paul checked to see if his recommended unit was in stock and gave us a price on the spot. Meanwhile I was waiting for two other estimates to “get back to me”. We shook hands and they installed a new unit that Thursday. Guys were again punctual and friendly. System is running great and I would highly recommend Guy’s to anybody.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. Within minutes of requesting a quote, I heard from Paul. We set up an appt and within a week my replacement AC system was installed. His team that installed it was also top notch. They were prompt, friendly and highly efficient. Would highly recommend these “Guy’s”. 😁👍🏻
