Paul and his team installed an upgrade of my 2nd floor Central A/C while adding a new zone and duct work for my 1st floor. From initial contact to the end, the team was incredible to work with. The quote(s) were provided quickly and were fair and upfront. The team did great work, explained everything in detail, and cleaned up like they weren't here - all while minimizing their impact with a newborn in the house.

Extremely professional and responsive. We contacted via email and were immediately set up for inspection and quote very quickly. The installation was quick and precise. The team noted we had two infants and a dog at home, so they scheduled a time and all hands on deck to accommodate that with the least interruption to our daily living. We had a follow-up inquiry about our system and they immediately returned to answer our question, no questions asked. We highly recommend the company and team for any service. They were truly transparent with everything, extremely informative, and the most respectful, responsive, and immediate/willing to work around our needs compared to other companies we contacted we we started the process of quotes and inspections.

I had very little hot water & was tired of taking cold showers. Guy's Heating responded very quickly. They diagnosed, ordered the part & fixed the problem within 2 days! Paul charged me a very fair price too. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!!

Guys Heating & Cooling responded very quickly to our request to install a kick space heater in our dinette area. Paul was right on time for both the initial visit and proposal, and on the day of installation. I've used Paul at our house for years. He has installed a new furnace and upgraded our cooling throughout our house. Currently he is working with us to expand our system into an addition we are doing. Guy’s were very helpful in assisting us in replacing our boiler. They came to inspect the house very soon after calling them for an inquiry, and our appointment was scheduled for very soon after. On the day of, they were professional and did not cause a disturbance. They reviewed the install with me and left us with guidelines for maintenance. I’m so happy I reached out to them and entrusted them with this important purchase and install!
