Encon did a great job servicing our HVAC system. Brian, the technician was very polite and professional (and efficient) and he kept us informed of each step and next steps in the process. We're very glad we chose Encon!
Our gas water heater stopped heating on the Saturday of a three day holiday. Great holiday response and quick diagnosis by your tech. Got heater working again right away and set up new part install for the next week.
Encon techs are knowledgeable and problems are addressed quickly. However, they also charge far above what’s fair and reasonable. This uncludes 100%markup on common parts like thermostats and a “trip fee” even for customers on a contract.
I do not recommend using this Company in case you are planning to install new Air-conditioning. They do not honor warranty unless they get maintenance contract for which their price is very high. We had a very bad experience with our unit installed by them. Stay away!!

Very professional personnel. Took time to identify issue correctly. Part required not on hand, but delivered and fixed quickly. Only concern is that it required a few days to get an appointments (I did not frame it as an “emergency”).
Difficult to work with. Called me the night before and we had a long conversation. Seemed like salesman wouldn’t come to my house unless I was putting in an expensive system. So I cancelled the appointment for an estimate and don’t know if they are quality or not.
What more could I ask for? Mark was on time, professional and did a great job protecting me by wearing a mask and booties. He didn't give me good news (coolant leak) but I trusted his recommendation and I trust his advice.
