Very well trained technician! Jonas was knowledgeable and diagnosed the reason for the system problem with 10 minutes! The parts will be ordered and the return technician is expected to fix the unit next week!

Encon scheduled my service call quickly & easily. The technician showed when the said he would & was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue & applied the fix to my generator’s issue. And, suggested things I could do to make my generator run more efficiently & last longer.

Our technician Ben was a true professional. Ben took every precaution to ensure his service visit was done well and our home was undisturbed. It was raining out, he wore dry booties while inside and took pains to dry off his ladder before carrying it throughout our house.

We had AC service from Encon. The gentlemen came on time and immediately found the issues our AC had and resolved it. In this special period of time, their service truly gives us light of what ahead of us. We’ve been with Encon since 2012. They are always good.

Second effort to replace coil in compressor . Originally Scheduled for 8:30 yesterday but late start (9:45) meant that work cldnt be done due to rain. Rescheduled today . Office said technician on his way with one prior job shortly after 8 but didn’t arrive until close to 11:00. Not his fault but with rain predicted a sexond day in a row it wld have made sense to schedule my job first to get it done before rain . Worked out ok , technician very professional both days but seems scheduling wasn’t in sync with work that was required and that be performed in rain
