ENCON Heating and Air Conditioning

Incredible..I got 5 quotes and decided to go with Encon. They were not the least expensive but Eric helped me with the price and told me I would not be sorry. Everything from the product to the installers was beyond my expectations.They measured everything two days before and when they arrived right on time they had everything ready. It was a difficult job because of the location but this did not seem to bother them. I loved how they did everything so neat and fixed stuff that wasn’t even part of their job. I cannot tell you how happy I am with everything about Encon. 10 stars for everything.

We had an expensive steamer humidifier system placed last year by Encon for the price of 5000$ (the system costs a 1000$). One year later, the steam cylinder had to be replaced, which is a routine plug and play thing, switching it to a new one. I was charged in all close to 800$ while the part were covered under warranty for a simple thing like that. One simple valve had to be switched to. Anyone that understands what it entails knows it is a straight forward job. Per the description of the technician "tested system" and other descriptions that really carry little significance or time, which equates to pressing a button to restart the system. On top of that for my initial 5000$ they connected the drain system to the outside, which ofcourse, being we are in New England, freezes and stalls the system whenever it is cold. Encon exaggerates and "washes" on technical term to charge ridiculous prices. Please beware.

Anthony & his crew were very professional. They repaired the drywall in the office around the A/C Unit, as well as repainted the walls that had bubbled/chipped paint. They also got the job done in an extremely time efficient manner. I’d highly recommend their services!!!

Servicing Encon was an amazing experience. I look forward to returning and providing beneficial wellness services to improve employee efficiency and decrease overall work environment stress. Tony and Jackie enjoyed being apart of employee appreciation for the holidays.

Used Encon for the annual service of our AC units today for the first time. In the past, we have used our heating company (an oil company) for this service. I was very happy with the ease of scheduling and cost for the service (much better availability than my prior service company). The tech was on time, and in a word fantastic. He took the time to listen to my comments on the system performance and then adjusted his planned maintenance accordingly. We had some issues with a musty smell, which he was able to quickly identify and address (which is a huge relief!) He also provided me with a lot of detailed information on things we should think about if we do not replace the units (as we are currently considering replacement- again with Encon!) Shows he was not there to push unecessary items on us given what our plans are. All in all, really great experience, and I will be back!

ENCON did the install of a furnace, air conditioning system, along with a humidifier.

I received a quote from ENCON Heating for the installationg of an HVAC system and duct work that was $30k higher, almost double, that of their competitors. In the end I went with a company called DuctWorks which were fine ENCON also charged me several hundred dollars, for what I'm not sure. When I queried them about the fee I got some very ambiguous and unsatisfying answer about a system test.

The Encon tech was prompt, professional, thorough, and clearly experienced in his service of my wine cellar refrigeration unit. He also advised me that although he got it working, some of the issues are irreparable and due to the age of the unit, which is now obsolete. He said that I may require a replacement in a few months or perhaps a few years. But he was quite clear and he made me comfortable with his detailed service summary.
