The team is professional and efficient. Both the installation team and the maintenance personnel are the best I (we) have ever had. Amazing in every respect. They are all a pleasure to work with. Oh, the office folks are extremely courteous and helpful. Also the best.

Called them for a quote of new furnace installation. Before the gentleman left, I asked him if he can get me the quote asap. The gentleman answered either tonight or tomorrow morning. Since then, never heard back from him. It does not seem they care their customers. I would stay away from doing business with them in the future.

After calling several companies in the area for the past year and being given the run around to replace a heating/cooling- package unit for our home, only Encon was able to deliver and get the job done quickly. From the initial consultation to installation, Encon's efficiency and professionalism shows in their work. The techs were knowledgeable in their craft. Will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommended!!!

I'm completely satisfied with ENCON service! We started with ENCON when we moved into our house 7 years ago. They installed our AC units, and have been servicing/maintaining them and our furnace as well. Ben, our service man, is the best! Knowledgeable and honest! Excellent positive attitude from all we deal with on the phone!

I’ve used them in both residential and commercial settings and they are hands-down, the best. Over the past year, ENCON installed two separate air conditioning systems in our home. The design and installation work is thoughtful and well-executed. They always finish on-time or early, and on budget. You pay for what you get, but you get a lot.

The staff (techs and management) at Encon could not be more professional and helpful during an incredibly stressful situation with my furnace. They were always polite and understanding. Our HVAC system was serviced by Encon for over two decades. When we moved I called to ask if they worked in the area of CT where we now live. They do and I am very happy to continue to do business with them. The technicians are well trained, efficient and very nice. They follow up and let us know when to schedule seasonal checkups. One less thing to worry about.

Nick Kelsey was our service technician who was able to troubleshoot or boiler issue very quickly, and have our heat restored. He also gave recommendations for service that would prevent any issues in the future.
He did a great job.
