Their charge was extremely out of line. When asked regarding actual time he commented that it was start to finish. This included 20 minutes while he entered ALL business. They are under computer rather than an actual paper invoice. I was quoted 150.00 for the first hour. Little didi I know this was only for labor?

Too pricey, would not recommend!

Lost our heat after two mornings of less than 10 degree temps, so I was expecting a wait of a day or two. After another heating company (Parson's, understandably booked for the day) gave Campbell Cooling a referral I gave a call. Can't say nothing but good things all around: despite the 9AM time of call, Dennis promised to squeeze us in that afternoon and delivered. (C)Kathy called back to let us know a tech was en route as well as explaining the expected charges. Then Patrick arrived and not only diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour but also told me what to do if the problem came back. Besides a natural gas furnace which we'd never mess with we also got a 86-year old Matriarch who's cold even in Springtime, so getting the heat back within 12-hours on a January day is absolutely fantastic and money well spent! Hope I don't have a heating issue anytime again soon, but if I do I know who I'm calling and so should you. Thanks!

Extremely unprofessional.
I waited weeks on end for an appointment. When it was the day of, the guy called to confirm I was home 15 minutes before the appointment. I confirmed I was home. He then didn't show for 45 minutes. I called the office and they said they were having "an emergency" and that he couldn't be there for the appointment. No one thought to call me to tell me he wouldn't even bother showing up.

Fast, efficient,and fairly priced on my "no heat from gas furnace "call. This company is remarkable for its unbeatable business ethic and service. Problem fixed in 19 minutes! Thanks, Campbell Cooling!

Jamie and his crew are just amazing. I have been working with them for years and they have never let me down. Case in point...our main AC just went down at the office and Jamie had it replaced next day. Thank you!

Terrible ownership!!! I called for service, there wasn’t much air coming out of my first floor bedrooms. The technician came to my house did his thing and by the time he left, I still wasn’t getting any air in my bedroom. So in my mind, he didn’t do anything I requested. I called up the company to explain to them what have happened, I told them they weren’t the cheapest company that were recommend to me and I don’t mind paying the price, but you need to get the job done. The owner Jimmy was very rude, try to talk over me every time I try to speak, telling me his been at this business a very long time. At a the end, I told them I’m not paying the bill and I’ll write a bad review on them, he then told me “that’s what this is all about” he was swearing and very rude to me the whole time I was on the phone with him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!

All the Guys over at Campbell cooling are very respectful and clean they came right out when I had a problem with my furnace and got me backup and running .Also great service on oil I never worry when I'm low call and filled same day . "Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten."

They do not service homes that require masks to be worn indoors. I was stunned when I asked the owner to wear a mask upon entry and he said nope and walked away. Especially considering I want to upgrade my furnace and not to simple clean it. Guess my thousands will go to another heating and cooling company.
