After using several HVAC companies over the 10+ years in our house we found Campbell 2 years ago. They have been awesome. Just had them convert our oil burning furnace to a new natural gas unit. Everything went according to plan and I think they left my basement cleaner than how they found it. Great people to work with.

Patrick arrived the night before a snow/ice storm to replace our water heater. In no time he tackled the project with a positive attitude, and professional expertise. He was polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. They clearly know how to run a business.

Awesome service! I woke up on Wednesday before Thanksgiving to a cold shower and water in the basement! Called Campbell Cooling around 720 AM by 810 AM they had a truck in my driveway.
By 930 AM the new water heater was installed and heating water. Fantastic service, quality and price, exceeded my expectations!

Campbell Cooling LLC is simply the best, we highly recommend them for any of your heating/cooling needs! We had an issue with our heat and they were there within minutes late at night! They also deliver and track our oil consumption to make sure our tank never reaches empty. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our HVAC needs!

My central air broke on a Friday during a 3 day holiday weekend when temperatures were 85 outside and inside my home. I decided to “sweat” it out and left a message for Campbell to come Monday. “The good” Met with Mr. Campbell, April 04, 2019, he had good energy and talk the talk. He also provided me with a HVAC installation quote.
“The bad” I called his office five separate times leaving messages with secretary, I also e-mail Mr. Campbell two other times and he failed to return my calls or e-mail me back (a courtesy call/email would’ve went a long way). No Bueno!!

After moving into our new home last summer, we knew our current A/C was old and may need repair. This Spring, several issues occurred as water began dumping on to the attic floor. I contacted Campbell Cooling who snuck me into their busy schedule. A tech came and diagnosed the issues which resulted in the need of a new unit. They gave me a fair price for a great product and got me in as soon as possible. A team arrived during a brutally hot day and completed the job. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Our furnace stopped working suddenly on a Tuesday afternoon, My fiancé called Campbell Cooling. They came out within the hour.
