Great Company ! Had an issue with my Central AC, Mike sent me mulitple Quotes/options. I chose to replace the entire system. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. The communication throughout the installation was fantastic and extremely professional. I did not have a good experience with Campbell Heating and Cooling. It was disappointing to say the least. They were hired to pull a permit and install duck work for my home. The permit was pulled only after I inquired about it. The duck work was installed, however half of my home does not receive air flow. I contacted the company requesting service and was told by their employee that there was an issue with the duck work, he wasn't sure how to fix it and he would have his manager contact me. He also believed an additional visit would be needed. After I did not hear from anyone, I began calling the company. Our only communication was a bill. Three months later I finally get a call back. After going back and forth with Jaime, no solution has been decided and he hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend anyone use this company. Although they were able to provide me with a quick response, I would prefer to wait and have the job completed correctly.

Most everything went wrong with my experience with Campbell Cooling. After having my AC unit leaking in attic causing damage to my ceiling, Campbell came out and "fixed" it only to have it continue to leak and cause more damage. They came back out and ordered a new part only to have ordered the wrong part. Came back and installed the right part only to charge me for the part despite telling me it was covered under warranty and this still did not fix the leak. Owner was very rude during my interactions. I have paid Campbell >$750 and I still do not have a working AC. The tech's were friendly but I do not recommend this company based on ownership!

Came out same day I called (95 degrees) to check and fix my AC unit. Their tech, Jesse, took time to explain what was happening and was very professional and polite. I would recommend this company and their people highly.

Great service from a great company. Campbell installed central air in my newly purchased home. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. They worked hard and were able to complete the project in one day.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made 2 separate appointments for normal heating servicing and they never showed up. The first day, I called and said they didn't have me on the schedule and they made a mistake, so I rescheduled for later that week. The rescheduled day, I called at 4:15pm to ask when they were going to show up? They said, "oh you're next! The service man will be headed to your house next." Never showed up, never called me back. I will not use this company nor do I recommend.

Recently had a gas conversion done with Campbell Cooling after recently moving to CT. They stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process and really took care of everything. They came highly recommended and I am so glad I went with them. Special thanks to Joann, Jamie, Mike and the whole team that helped and quickly and conveniently came out whenever I needed them!

Jamie, Mike and all the staff at Campbell Cooling were top notch and always have been throughout my 5 years of being a customer. Recently had oil to gas conversion and central air installed simultaneously in my home and couldn't be happier with the service. Transparent and fair pricing, no nonsense approach to getting the job done. I'm so glad this is our local company.
